Our beloved "Where RV Going" is adventure ready and perfect for couples and small families. Furry CO-Pilots ride Free!
Cruise into your dream adventure and camp spot with this like new and well maintained camper! It has a big slide out, which makes it very spacious inside. The true King Size bed is very comfortable and relaxing. Entertainment included with a 32" TV, DVD player and Radio with Bluetooth connection. The extended season package (insulated floor) is designed for camping in all seasons together with the heater and air conditioner. The spacious dinette area seats easily 5 people and turns into an additional bed. It has integrated stabilizers and an automatic jack. It comes well equipped with clean linen for the king size bed, coffee maker with coffee and filters, dishes for 4 people, 2 pots, 2 pans, bio compostable toilet paper, board games, some DVDs, 2 camping chair, camping table, EZ set up Canopy, area rug, paper towels, cleaning material, leveling kit, small tool set, first aid kit, and other basic kitchen and camping equipment. It is basically ready for your adventure and some fantastic memories!

We are the adventurous couple Carola and Markus! We are both from Germany.... well, I like to say Bavaria, and moved to Colorado in 2011. We love being in the outdoors and camping with the convenience of our beautiful and for us luxurious tow behind trailer! Our pup Timper (Siberian Husky) is always with us on our road and camping trips. We hope you make some amazing memories camping as we do... not only in colorful Colorado!

In short, the Golden Rule. Just take care of our beloved camper like it was your own.
***No Smoking or drug use is allowed in the camper! If there is any evidence that there has been smoking or drugs being used in the unit a service fee of $200 will be claimed from your security deposit.
***Clean the camper up before getting back. Please tidy up and make sure the dishes, pans, etc. are cleaned and put away. Please clean appliances and wipe countertops. If you leave the inside unit in a state that requires extra cleaning We will charge you an extra cleaning fee of $150.
***Clean the camper outside if it is dusty, muddy our has excessive bugs on the front. Use a hose or pressure washer and rinse it off. If there is extra cleaning required on the outside, we will charge you an extra cleaning fee of $75.
***If you have a pet on the unit without approval there will be a $150 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit. Your dog rides free, just let us know about your dog!
***If you are late returning the unit there will be a penalty fee of $25 per hour
***Renters are responsible for the tires on the unit
***Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
***You should never be on the roof of our camper!
***You are not to go over 70 mph for your safety and to prevent damage to the camper.
***If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. ***RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided
***Owner will provide information on operation of camper at time of pickup, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
***Awning use is strictly prohibited! If it is requested to use the awning, a deposit of $2500 is required. Please contact us prior to the rental! The average costs to replace an awning is more than $2000 for this camper! If the breakable locks are tampered with or broken you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage. Please DO use our free Canopy! 👍 It can be used anywhere on your campsite. Move it around your campsite as you wish as close or as far from the camper as you please...but please do not use the awning, thank you for understanding.
***Pets: dogs only, No kitties or rodents.
***Black and Grey Tanks: empty black first and grey second. Hook up water hose to the black water pressure connector, turn water on, open black water valve, drain till almost clear water comes out, turn water off, close black water valve. Now open grey water valve and drain completely, close grey water valve and rinse all drainage hoses with clear water. There is a $100 charge if the Tanks are not drained correctly.
***Propane Tanks: You receive the camper with 2 fully charged 20 lb (4.5 gal.) propane tanks. It is your responsibility to fully charge the propane tanks upon return. If the camper is not returned with fully recharged propane tanks, we will charge a $25 per tank recharging fee.
***We highly recommend to use the insurance provided by Outdoorsy for $69 to have you and your deposit covered!
