Camper sleeps 5. Kitchen table with wrap around seating turns into a bed big enough to fit one person (could fit 2 small kids) Two bunks (bunks have a limit of 150 lbs) and a queen size bed ( memory foam mattress). Kitchen has a two burner stove and sink. One slide out for the kitchen table. Camper comes with a camera system which will allow you to see behind the camper when towing. Camper has a rear receiver which can be used for a bike rack (must use the receiver, no bike racks or other systems are to be mounted onto the bumper).

-19' in length (ensure to reserve a space 20 foot or larger)

- Black/gray water holding tanks (trailer will have dumping equipment to use at site or at dump station)

- One fresh water only hose (never use the fresh water hose near holding tanks)
Your vehicle needs to be able to tow 3,500 pounds with a hitch weight of 340 pounds. You are required to have a trailer brake controller on your vehicle or you can use a Bluetooth brake controller (please bring Bluetooth brake controller when you pick up the trailer if you are using this type of system. Camper comes with a weight distribution hitch and sway bar control system.

Your vehicle must be high enough to attach the trailer without a significant difference in height to ensure safe towing. You also must use the sway bar system provided to protect the trailer and safe towing and f the trailer.

Signs of general use are expected. A fee of $250 will be deducted from the deposit for excessive deep cleaning i.e. stain removal, signs of smoking or pet hair, etc.
Please dump all holding tanks prior to returning the camper. Deduction of $100 from the security deposit to cover the cost of dumping if not done.
Return: 5pm.
