James was absolutely great. He was quite responsive and flexible. We had a very informative and patient walkthrough a the beginning, including him pointing out both general things about trailering and specific items to look out for on this unit. The system was just as expected and the return process was a breeze.

So much fun! Mr. James was really communicative and showed me how to use everything and hook up. We both wore masks, he had gloves, and hand sanitizer to ensure everything was covid-friendly. It was my first time hauling a camper and he explained everything to me. It was such an easy trailer to pull. Hoping to do it again, highly recommend!

Awesome Airstream! Extremely clean. All my questions were answered. Trailer was ready to go when promised and James was very flexible on the return! No issues whatsoever. Fantastic experience! Will be renting from James in the future! Thank you, James!

James was a pleasure to deal with, great communication and attention to detail. This Airstream unit is in great shape and was perfect for our weekend trip to Yosemite with 2 small kids. We rented the optional tow vehicle and it performed great even up and down some steep grades.
