The RV ran great and was so easy to park in our campsite! I actually backed it in and set it all up myself. The refrigerator and freezer worked great too. My ice cream and ice were kept frozen! Sean Pham was a great host and was available for any questions I had.

Rv was filthy on pickup. Long black hairs in shower and bathroom floor. A strong vomit smell in kitchen seating area, sticky substance on eating table- someones trash under table -no bedding -/ had to buy our own. One coffee cup- no coffee or coffee maker. Broken sink. Sticky substance on toilet seat. Overall a terrible experience. Had covid tests as soon as we got home.

Thank you for your review. I just want to note that during the check out process, no concerns were brought up. Our pre-checkout pictures submitted to Outdoorsy supported that the unit is clean. We spent approximately 30 minutes together in the RV for the walk-through and neither party noted any smell or dirty conditions. Our listing states “only bed sheet for queen is included, additional bedding may be requested”. If you had communicated to us ahead then we would have been able to provide extra beddings. Our RV is inspected and maintained at least every 90 days based on Outdoorsy’s guideline. When you called after departure, we clarified what our preparation and supplies included (which were also spelled out on our listing) and offered you an option to bring back for a full refund if you are not satisfied. However, you opted to keep the RV for your entire trip. From our understanding, you were insistent on a refund for the prep fee because you thought the total for our RV rental was too high. We are sorry to hear, after the RV is already picked up, that your feel the total cost is too high as total rental cost is provided by Outdoorsy at time of booking. We explained to you that approximately $200 of the rental cost was insurance, taxes and Outdoorsy’s service fee which we don’t collect. We are sorry your experience wasn’t better and hope no one got COVID after your gathering with friends as it’s surging during this holiday season.

Had to rent Sean's RV for a work trip dry camping in the desert for 4 nights. This RV made the trip very easy and comfortable. Sean's communication and attention to detail are second to none. I will be renting this RV again for future pleasure trips with the family as well for any more work trips when they come up.

This was our first time renting/ driving an RV and thanks to Sean for being thorough when giving RV instructions, our trip was great.
The RV was clean and slept 5 (2 adults, our 3 kids) of us comfortably.

Sean, the owner of the RV we rented, went far and beyond what was needed for us to even start our vacation. His RV which was rented prior to our vacation, was returned completely damaged. We did not feel comfortable considering the type of damage. Sean was unbelievable! He was determined to have the RV completely restored, and he did within 3 days of our departure! Thank you so much Sean! We had a fantastic vacation!

This was my first Outdoorsy rental, and Sean made this very easy. The RV is set up with all the things we needed (and forgot to bring). Sean is a genuinely friendly guy. He is more than fair with the custom changes we needed (additional mileage, repairs, time of pickup and return). Bonus, he lives in Corona, so the mileage is shorter when picking up and heading out of LA or OC to the great outdoors. I highly recommend this rental from Sean!

We had an excellent experience. It was our first time in the RV, so it took us a few days to get acquainted with it, but after that, everything was smooth sailing.

We had a great first experience with an RV. Sean was great-very nice, always available, and extremely helpful with teaching us how to use and do everything. We would highly recommend this very comfortable and spacious RV with all of the amenities you need and we would highly recommend renting with Sean!

Highly recommend Sean’s rv. He communicated quickly and was thorough in going over all the little details so that we knew how to operate the rv and how to dump etc. His rv came with a lot of useful amenities, including sheets, towels, pop up garbage cans, utensils, knives....oh my gosh... and so much more. He followed up during our trip to see how we were doing. Great friendly guy and we loved every minute of our rv trip!

Sean was amazing. Our first roadtrip in a R.V. Was truly a memorable experience. The R.V. Was clean and equipped with everything we would need and more. Sean gave an excellent orientation to the R.V. Before We left and throughout the trip checked in with us as a courtesy. We had to contact him a couple of times and he was very quick to respond. If you are lucky to rent this R.V. You won't be disappointed!!!
