A perfect size trailer. Pete communicated well and was very punctual. The trailer is great. Towed great behind a GMC Canyon. All the amenities you need. Will definitely be renting from Pete again.

Pete was a great guy. His trailer was clean and exactly what we were looking for. Including the generator was a huge plus. Will be renting this trailer again.

This was the worst experience we have ever encountered renting a trailer. Pete and his customer service skill’s definitely need improvement along with his attitude. My husband was scheduled to pick up the trailer at 4:30 on a Friday night. He got delayed due to traffic. He sent a text to Pete ahead of time communicating that he was delayed. Pete responded with “that’s unacceptable and forget about picking up the trailer”. Pete never once said if we were late we wouldn’t be able to pick up the trailer. My son and I were already at the campground with all our stuff waiting for my husband to get there with the trailer, now in a complete panic. Luckily, we had a friend that was close enough to the pick up site that satisfied Pete’s ridiculous 15 minute pick up window. Fast forward to returning the trailer, he filed a claim for $150 stating we did not dump the trailer which is not true. We dumped it, flushed it out and provided a receipt showing proof. We will not be renting ever again from a private party.

Pete was very thorough in explaining how to use the trailer. He was responsive and very accommodating . The trailer itself was great and met all our needs for a our desert glamping experience!
