Thanks for considering our camper for your next adventure! Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a much longer excursion, this camper has everything you need in a mid-size package. This camper is very easy to pull and just about all mid-sized SUV's and 1/2 ton pickup trucks will handle the job quite well. We supply the weight distribution hitch which will keep your ride safe and steady but if you'd rather have us deliver it and set it up, we may be able to work that out dependent on our schedules. If we deliver and set it up, all you have to do is show up and enjoy your campsite. We'll be back once the fun is over to break it down and pull it home. If you're interested in this option, we can certainly discuss it.
The camper sleeps 6 comfortably, 2 in the king bed, 1 in each bunk at the front, 1 on the sleeper sofa and 1 on the dinette that folds down to a bed. Fully equipped with full sized refrigerator/freezer, LED lighting, USB outlets for charging, lots of cabinet space, smart TV w/ DVD, super cold AC and a stand up shower. Outside amenities include an electric awning with LED lighting and exterior speakers that are controlled from interior entertainment system.
We enjoy camping out of this rig and we know you will too. We take pride in our camper and want to ensure that all renters get a clean and operational unit every time. We ask that you treat the camper as if it were your own. Feel free to ask any questions I may not have covered and happy camping! :)

Other things to note
Please Note:
- No Smoking, if smoking is detected (invisible or not) you will be assessed a $500 fee and cleaning charges will be applied to the credit card on file.
- No Pets. If invisible pet damage is suspected, there will be a $200 damage fee assessed.
- Camper should be cleaned prior to return. If it is excessively dirty, $150 fee will be assessed.
- Black and grey tanks should be dumped prior to return. If they have not, there will be a $100 fee assessed.

My wife Kelly and I own and operate Destination Outdoors which connects people who love the outdoors with the equipment necessary to enjoy those adventures. We have been RV'ing with our daughters for about 8 years now and have grown to love it. It's a real break from the daily grind and getting outdoors can really be a nice change for all of us. We've camped all along the Gulf Coast, Arkansas and Tennessee and we're hoping to head out west some time this year to camp in the Rocky Mountains. Our time camping with the family has always been such a great experience, we know your family will enjoy our camper just as much as we do :) If your interested, we also rent canoes, kayak’s and will be adding a pontoon party barge later this summer.

The rental from Dale was awesome. Dale took the time to meet with me and walk through all aspects of the rv to ensure I was comfortable. Provided everything needed for a trip and was in constant communication if needed. Drop off was done quickly and efficiently. Truly a great experience.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We're flexible with enough notice but 4pm - 6pm is best during the week. Weekend anytime between 8am and 6pm.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Not particularly. All systems function as they should, all switches and lights work properly. There's one light plug that should be disconnected when retracting the slide but that can be shown upon pickup.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Typically I like to hook up my electric power first. Then connect the sewer hose from the camper to the campground sewer receptacle. Once this is done, I then put the items I no longer need back in the rear storage and push the slide out.
Q.What is a black tank? What is a grey tank?
A.
The black tank is a large fluid holding tank that holds contents from the toilet. The grey tank is a separate tank that holds water from the shower and sinks.
