HI, I am just starting out with renting my trailer. I just bought this 2008 TrailManor popup trailer, model 2720 as my SUV can only tow 5000 pounds. Most trailers are too heavy, this one is 3100 pounds with a tongue weight of 310 pounds, collapses down so the trailer moves easily in the slip stream. We used it in Oregon and also to go to Lake Tahoe this summer. I also bought it as it is NOT, NOT a canvas trailer but a hard sided trailer which keeps people and the bears out. It comes with 2 queen beds, a full kitchen, two propane tanks, a small bathroom. It really is all one needs to go on a camping adventure.
