Ronda was great, but the trailer’s solar/battery system did not hold a charge. That was a big problem for us as we were boon-docking. Driving in full sun for 4 hours only produced 65% charge, and the charge quickly disappears with minimal or no load, dropping to 0% by nightfall unless hooked to a running car. We learned this in the middle of the first night when the CO monitor alarm sounded due to no power. The next day I ran the car to get to 25%, and on solar I saw it get to %30 (we were in tress, so the solar panel only got a few hours of full sun), but the charge was gone by nightfall with no load (no lights, nothing plugged in, all switches off, zero load). I ran the car at night to get 30-40% charge, but the charge again dropped to zero by morning with no load. Ronda did everything she could to help us troubleshoot, but even shutting everything down, making sure the inverter was off, and the fridge was running on propane, unplugging the tv (which we never got to use), etc, the system did not hold a charge for more than a few hours. Everything else worked great, and in a full hookup situation I would give it a 5. Ronda was great to work with and as helpful as she could be. If you’re boon-docking, better pass on this trailer unless/until the batteries are replaced or the problem is resolved.

Batteries tested today and are good. Noticed when I did the return checkin that the inverter control panel had an e-1 code which is likely from draining down all power. Having that looked at to see if there is an actual issue or just too much trying to power down. Either way, I’m sorry you’re camping experience did not go as expected. Have never had a dissatisfied renter experience with my trailer when using it at sites with full hook ups or pure boon docking in the past. Will follow up with you individually

Excellent trailer in great condition, clean, and well-equipped. The mattress is very comfortable. We rented for a weekend as a test run for a much larger trip that we have planned later this year. As we are new to RVing, Ronda was excellent in answering all of our questions and reviewing everything we needed for a great trip. She was flexible and available if we needed anything - great communication. The trailer was easy to setup and break down. I would highly recommend renting from Ronda!

As new RVs, we were unsure of so many aspects of towing an RV behind our SUV. Ronda was awesome in communicating and making sure that we had what we needed to have a successful trip. Even the day of our journey, I realized that I had not seen how to unhook the trailer, she made herself available to walk me through it. She was available on text throughout and it simply made our experience so much more relaxed knowing that if something didn't seem right, she was available.

Ronda was the best! Awesome little trailer - we squeezed in our toddler and crate trained dog with us for a two night getaway in the north western Virginia mountains.

The park where we rented a trailer space had complications and we were not sure we had location to camp for the weekend. Ronda was patient with us while we occupied a place. The trailer came in great condition well taken care of all the extras are included!!! I want to thank Ronda for walking us through all the set up as well as the breakdown what a great owner!

Camper and host were great. Rhonda was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from pickup to return. The camper tows great and is in excellent condition with all the basic essentials, and some. We took it on a long adventure up north and really put it too the test, it passed with flying colors. We would absolutely rent this camper again. Thanks Rhonda :)

Trailer was great and performed well. It was easy to tow, well kept , and easy to set up. Our host did a great job of walking us through the instructions and set ups for the systems, helped us insure proper tow set up, and was available for a question we had about one of the appliances once we got to the camp ground. All this made for an exception rental and great camping experience.

My husband, two dogs, and I had a great time in Ronda’s RV. We had stayed in a trailer of a similar length in the past, but the kitchen pop-out made this one feel much larger. We had rain the first day, so we cooked our first meal inside and appreciated the extra floor space. The AC was nice and cool, and the bathroom was luxurious! It is quite a perk to have a mirror and vanity. We converted the table and bench seating to a second bed at night for the dogs to sleep on and it was a quick process. Ronda was very easy going and kind. Her response time during text communications is very quick. We definitely recommend renting with Ronda!

Trailer and owner were both amazing! This is our first experience with an RV, and Ronda made it super easy. She explained everything we needed to know to operate the RV, was always available and quick to answer any question. The RV itself is perfect for my wife and I, and our dogs! (Super cool of you to allow dogs!) everything worked, to include the air conditioning, which was helpful when the sun went down and the bugs came out. We will definitely rent again!

Ronda's RV is great, it was the perfect size for us and my car to pull. We camp a lot but this is our first time using an RV and Ronda explained everything to me. The RV is very clean and looks new. It has all the stuff you will need from coffee maker, stove, microwave, plates and she even provided us with a generator when I told her that our spot didn't have any hookups. We have a 2 month old baby and my wife said they will only come if I rent an RV which is understandable, she was a happy camper and it wouldn't been possible if not for Ronda!
