Our goal is to help families interested in getting into camping in an RV. In order to do that, we set ourselves apart by providing the following: 1. $100 delivery, setup, pick-up and waste dumping at Lake Lanier campgrounds. Currently, we are not offering an option to tow the camper yourself. 2. During setup, we will take the time to walk-thru the camper and answer any questions you might have about camping in an RV. 3. We don't charge for dishes, chairs, or clean linens. We include all the basics that we use when we take the trailer out. Just bring your clothes, toiletries, and food / drinks.Enjoy the outdoors in comfort in this 29' travel trailer. It has a private master bedroom on one end with a sliding door, 2 bunks with new memory foam mattresses that will fit adults, a large dinette for games and dining that transforms into a double bed, and a jackknife love seat that can sleep a child. It has a full comfortably-sized bathroom with corner glass shower, full kitchen with oven, propane stove, microwave, double sink with upgraded counter-tops, and a nice sized RV freezer / fridge. However, you won't want to cook inside with the outdoor kitchen with propane stove and refrigerator for all your cold drinks. The 32" smart LCD TV has over the air antenna for watching your favorite sporting event, DVD, audio inputs, and Indoor/outdoor speakers. The AC and heater keeps the whole camper comfortable, no matter the climate since it is insulated for 4-season use. What's includedFresh linens, camping chairs, air compressor, dishes and cookware, RV toilet paper, games, a few family oriented movies, outdoor lighting, a hammock, all the essentials!

Rules and policies
1. Do not extend or use the awning. This is the main source of damage for RVs since the awnings are subject to being ripped off by rain or wind. For that reason, Outdoorsy restricts the use of awnings.
2. Do not climb on the roof.
3. Do not smoke in the unit.
4. Do not dispose of anything but toilet paper in the toilet.
5. Do not extend the slide without checking first to ensure there are no obstructions.
6. Do not use the stabilizer jacks to level the unit.
7. Do not adjust the tongue jack with the stabilizer jacks down.
8. Do not disconnect the truck from the camper before placing chalks under the wheels.
9. Do not remove the chalks until the camper is connected to the truck.
10. Do not run the AC with the windows open.
11. Emptying your sewage is your responsibility! Overflowing the tanks into the camper will result in losing your entire security deposit and potential additional charges.

We have two boys and we love exploring North Georgia's waterfalls, hikes, kayaking, white water rafting, and bicycling. We have a golden retriever, Ruger, that loves to go with us. He likes anything that involves water!
