Aside from having to wait about 2 hours to leave with the trailer at pick up due to not listing proper requirements needed to haul the trailer. First they didn’t list the break specifications needed (very important especially if you are a first timer) lucky they were kind enough to let me rent a break unit for the trailer. Unfortunately the app was terrible but that’s a different review. Next none of the connections I had for my lights worked with theirs so there I go spending more money buying an additional part from them. (I’m very prepared person so I would have had this done so we could get in and get out) finally about 2 hours in we get a quick tour and we’re off!Now come our first time to dump and fill. Well, turns out they don’t provide you with any connections nor do they tell you that you need these connections to get this done. (Again first timer should have been explained or in some kind of handbook) so here we are trying to find somewhere to buy a dump hose and another for the water. Again would have been great to know initially I would have been prepared . Oh and when I call to ask if the hose was provided I was bounced back and forth between two employees as to who would break the bad news to me.So now on what I thought was our last day (I extended our trip by a day whoops but they were kind enough to accommodate) I made sure to get a camp ground where we will be able to dump all our tanks. Which I did the morning we left to drop off the trailer. Unfortunately leaving both valves open and shaking all items out they somehow said my tank wasn’t empty. And at the time the tech was going to lunch so it was only by phone they told me I’d have to pay again an additional $99. & they charged my card after the woman specifically told me they’d take the difference out of the deposit. So now I have to keep an eye out to make sure I get my full $500 back or that’s another headache I’d have to deal with.
