I would not rent from Cypress RV again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. The RV was in poor repair and the photographs online did not identify the current condition of the unit. Within 10 minutes of bringing the unit home, the house air conditioner began having problems. Those problems persisted throughout our trip even after we had to spend half a day of our trip having a new control board installed. The most concerning was that the vehicle kept sending a message that service had not been performed in almost 30,000 miles. This caused the vehicle on numerous occasions, including on mountain roads, to engage "limp" mode which limited throttle response and overall speed to 45 mph. This was unsafe for myself and my family. When asked about the service, Cypress RV admitted that the service had been done but that they did not know how to reset the computer to tell the vehicle that service had been performed. We ended up having to leave the vehicle in Lubbock to have it towed, we borrowed a vehicle to get home and were unable to travel in the unit the last two days of our rental. I have demanded a refund from Cypress RV but they are refusing to cooperate. We planned and saved for this trip for quite a while and it was basically ruined by this renter.

Everything went as planned . A/C and refrig worked great. A little worn on the inside but the Cypress RV people were great accommodating me in a short notice situation . Thanks

The company service was excellent. The RV performed very well without any issues. It is a bit long in the tooth and the springs or suspension could use an upgrade as it rocks back and forth and rides a bit rough. Other than that everything functioned fine and met our purpose.

Last summer (2020) was our introduction to RVing. We rented C-19, a 24 foot Jayco Melbourne with a Mercedes cab and engine to go to the Grand Canyon. It was so much fun we rented it again for Spring Break (2021) to go to Big Bend National and State Parks. Overall it was a great experience. Cypress RV provided a package with everything we needed in the way of bedding, towels, basic cookware, and kitchen items. What they did not furnish which we will take when we go again are a broom with a dust pan and a sponge mop with a bucket. We would give them 4.5 stars out of 5 because no one is perfect. We highly recommend them.

Check in & out were really easy. We were first timers in an RV so maybe it would've been helpful to know that if you aren't level then the fridge wouldn't work. Oops - we learned that after the fact on the google machine. Also we would've been better off to bring our own bedding.

We appreciated the "safety net" of being able to contact you at any time during our trip. And, you did give quick and very helpful answers to our questions. Overall, we enjoyed our trip in the RV that we rented. And, I have already told a group of friends from our church to contact you if they want to go rv-ing.

The poor driving quality of the RV was just terrible. The shocks and/or tires were so bad, we couldn't play cards or do a jigsaw puzzle when driving. The steering wheel also vibrated pretty bad any speed over 55 mph. There was no manual or any guides in the vehicle for simple driving and use questions. That was the most difficult.....

We enjoyed our rental and working with Troy and the staff at Cypress RV was very easy. We found a couple of minor issues, but nothing that interfered with our vacation and the fun we had while having the RV. They have a good selection of all types to choose from and we will certainly be renting from Cypress RV again.

I do not recommend the linens/pillows. Do your own.
Be aware of DEF and how it is used for diesel engines.
Check for privacy curtain for this rig.
All in all some wonderful memories made!
