Unit was older and not as well maintained as I expected. Some small issues but overall unit performed well. Employees were friendly and helpful.

There was so much broken on the vehicle it really took some of the fun out of the whole trip. Employees were great, as always.

The unit we rented had damaged dump tanks which were not explained to us at check out. We were given incorrect information about several operations of the vehicle and the “ Emergency Roadside Assistance” answering service was almost useless. Troy redeemed the company with his personal attention to us with a roadside problem. We were just not given much information at checkout and we had to learn a lot on our own during the rental.

Wonderful experience and happy travels! All the questions as first time RV rentals were clearly answered and the turn key option was absolutely ideal. So glad we traveled in an RV and especially glad for the service and unit provided!
