We have a brand new (2022) Forest River Salem FSX 178Bhsk trailer available to rent. It's been used less an a handful of times due to work schedules so we are wanting to share it with others to enjoy while we are not using it. Its in perfect condition, still smells brand new and comes nearly fully loaded with everything you might need(see list below for included items, add on items, and what items you will need to bring). The trailer has sleeping room for at least 7, even more if they are smaller childen size. There is a queen murphy bed in the front, a large U shape dinning table(pop out) that converts to a full size bed and then double bunks in the back that can fit two smaller children on each or a full size adult. Other things to noteNO SMOKING OF ANY KIND AND NO CATS! Upon return if trailer has any signs or odor's of either you will forfeit $200 of your deposit.Please DO NOT use toilet paper that is not RV approved. The toilet WILL clog and was recently returned massively clogged with Charmin toilet paper. If you return the trailer with a clogged toilet, you will forfeit your entire deposit.Dogs less than 45 pounds are allowed but we ask they not be left alone loose in trailer and not allowed on bunk beds or queen murphy bed.Renter is responsible for dumping grey water and sewer tank prior to returning trailer. If trailer was delivered to you or you prefer to have us dump the tanks then a $10 fee will be charged for this service.The trailer will come with one full propane tank. Renters are responsible for refilling it before returning trailer.Please remove all trash from trailer upon return and ensure the fridge(both) are empty of all contents. - Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $75.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. It also covers RV approved toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning products.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Depending on your trip dates and destination, we would love to deliver the trailer for you! If we deliver the trailer to your location please note the following:
It will only have minimal water in the holding tank unless renter requests the tank be filled prior to drop off.
We can dump the grey water and sewer tank upon trailer pick up but this will add a $10 fee.
