I am an adventurist and a lover for the outdoors in our home we all call Mother Earth. I grew up near a small town in the Sierra of California, somewhat near Lake Tahoe. I currently live in the greater Bay Area and have been here since 2007. I spend a lot of my time venturing out of town and exploring the nearby sights, trails, and mountains. I don't mind a 4-hour drive or even dropping in on Oregon once in a while. The only pets I have at this time are my bees, yep, I am a fellow beekeeper!
Wildwood is a diesel 2005 Ford extended cargo van that has been retrofitted with wood paneling to bring in that cozy vibe whether you're in the city, or deep in the woods. Wildwood is ready to go for long or short trips helping you wander miles from home on an unforgettable road or camping trip. The camper comes ready to go with 7 gallons of fresh running water, a 2 burner propane stove, and a yeti cooler to keep your items cool up to 4 + days on one supply of ice, oh and not to mention it is a bear-proof container! Cooking equipment, cutlery, cups, plates, french press, utensils all come standard with Wildwood as well as a mattress, mattress protector, and a fitted sheet. Notify me if you would like additional bedding such as pillows and blankets. Power needs? There is a (2) 12V leisure battery system along with a power inverter capable of charging laptops, cell phones, battery packs, or running a blender using a standard 120v socket, USB charging available too. There's a table that folds up after the mattress is folded back and seats two. Additionally, I have camp tables and chairs available as add-ons, and various backpacking equipment available to rent as well, including backpacks (male & female)!

It was so fun! Nathan’s van had everything we needed, and pickup/drop off went smoothly. I really appreciated his rundown and tips on how to make the most of the van. I’ll just note that if you’re really tall, you may not be able to sit up in the van; both my partner (6’2”) and I (5’9”) had to hunch a bit - but you might be able to if you have a smaller torso. Didn’t matter much since we were sleeping in the van mostly and could sit on the floor or kneel if necessary. Very well thought out layout and well kept! Thanks Nathan!

Drove to the Oregon/Washington state line with two dogs and a husband. Had everything we needed to be comfortable for our week long trip. Wildwood handled nicely and was an easy ride.

I love this rig - feels like a old friend. Drives great - and just goes and goes. And I think Nathan thought of everything in building out the inside - there is everything you need to have an easy, fun wonderful trip. Oh - except the dog. BYOD. Would definitely take this out again.

Great trip with Wildwood. Extremely capable van with all the necessities. Ended up doing the loop around Tahoe. Would definitely recommend and will use Wildwood or Redwood (Nathan’s other can) in the future!

Nathan was a joy to work with and Wildwood exceeded my expectations! Took it up the Northern CA coast. It handled well on highways, windy roads, and makeshift dirt roads. While a bit small inside, the van comfortably slept 2 people and a big dog, and the mattress was quite comfortable. Nathan has a real attention to detail, so the van has a lot of little functional touches that made the van feel more comfortable (lighting, curtains, etc). The stove worked great, and this is easily the best stoked "kitchen" I've ever seen in a rental (including a very sharp chef's knife).
