Welcome TO Serenity ON Douglas Lake! Please Note, This RV IS Stationary AND Will Reside Permantley IN THE Campground ON Douglas Lake. Ever wanted to stay in a RV without the expense? Now is your chance! This 2017 park model RV is located in a gated RV community in Dandridge Tennessee. The camper itself is situated on Douglas Lake. It sleeps 4 comfortably, Master has a King Size bed and plenty of storage. There is a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. There is a propane gas stove, hard top counter tops, full size microwave, full size French door refrigerator, comfortable living room, big screen flat TV, built in surround sound, outside speakers etc. DON'T Miss Your Chance TO Reserve This RV. Please note: At the end of each summer, the TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) begins the annual drawdown of upstream reservoirs to make room for the rains and snows of winter and spring. Serenity is not on the main channel and the water will be receded starting in late August-early March. The fall and winter months are still beautiful though!

Meet your host, Marc and Annette
Member since 2019
Meet Marc and Annette, your property managers. They relocated from NE Ohio in 2004 and moved to Nashville Tennessee. They have been married for 30 years and have two sons. In 2012 they invested in a rental cabin in the Smoky Mountains and fell in love with the area. When their youngest son graduated college, they decided it was time to pursue their dreams of living in the Smoky Mountains. They moved into their cabin in 2015 and became full time realtors. They are also the property manager 24 properties throughout Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg.
