"Mountain Therapy" in the Smokies-Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville

We'd love to have you come stay in our very comfortable and modern 5th wheel. The unit has three slides, one in the bedroom and two for the dining/kitchen area that create a wide open floor plan. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the couch pulls into a king size bed. Four people can sleep comfortably, but with a little coziness we have slept seven. For those cold winter months the living room has a built-in electric fireplace that puts out great heat and an amazing vibe! Can't you see yourself hanging out and watching a movie in the two leather heated and massaging seats? The layout is extremely open and airy with great lighting and windows to enjoy the view! We look forward to having you book with us!
Freshly laundered linens for each bed.
4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 8 washcloths, dish towel.
Keurig Coffee Maker.
Ice Maker.
Knife Block.
Plates, cups, bowls, silverware.
Basic set of cookware and cooking utensils.
2 folding camp chairs and folding outdoor table.
One tank of propane.
Get out and enjoy nature! The Smokies have great hiking trails so lace up your boots and go! Cades Cove is a must see. The Foothills Parkway is absolutely beautiful.
Hatfield and McCoy Dinner show is lots of fun and good food. Your sides will split from laughing at The Comedy Barn. Eat at the Burger Master in Townsend for a retro experience, we love their soft serve ice cream! Pottery House Cafe in Pigeon Forge has amazing home baked bread, and the rear patio seating is so peaceful. Pottery House Cafe is surrounded by lovely flower gardens so be sure to take a moment to smell the flowers.
Pets on a case-by-case basis. Absolutely no smoking inside the unit.

Hi! Thanks for stopping by and I hope to get to meet you! I'm currently in the Navy serving as a Recruiter here in East Tennessee. This camper has been a lot of fun for me, getting to see some of the best spots that the Smokies' have to offer. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Jason Estep canceled the booking 1 day before departure. This is an automated posting.
Jason’s answer
This was due to vehicle issues caused by the severe cold we experienced. My diesel truck was not a fan. I took care of everything with the renters

Jason was an amazing host! I highly recommend him. Very accommodating and answered any/all questions any time I called him; and did so promptly. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. He dropped off and set everything up and picked up after we left. Getting to our drop off point was not the easiest but he showed his experience and made delivering the camper to us look easy. Cant wait to rent from him again.

Our vacation in Dandridge, TN was incredible. Jason’s 5th wheel is absolutely beautiful…so warm and welcoming. Most importantly, it was super clean.

The RV was clean, spacious, and provided a great living space. Jason did a great job on setup and removal. Highly recommend renting this RV and if we are ever in the area, we will rent it again.

Our trip was awesome. The RV is extremely nice and had everything we needed already there. We met Jason at the RV site where he delivered the RV ahead of time and had everything ready for us. Jason also had RV site location suggestions and that was extremely helpful.
