My family and I rented the 2020 Starcraft Autumn Ridge camper and we used the delivery and pick up service. From the initial phone conversation to the final email stating that the deposit had been released I would describe the experience as smooth and professional. Eddie was easy-going, knowledgeable, and responsive. The Autumn Ridge unit was clean and functional. And, the delivery and pick up service was beyond convenient.
I would definitely rent from Eddie again and I would recommend him to others.

The owner was great to work with; he was responsive to text messages, set and removed camper in a timely fashion. My only complaint was the lack of television service; although, I am not sure that was his doing. I would recommend to a friend.

Mobile Bay Rentals was great and Eddie was a tremendous help. This was our first time to stay in an RV and was very skeptical if we would be able to figure everything out. Eddie was very helpful and was always a phone call away. He delivered it and set it up for us. I will definitely use them again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this camper. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. There was more than enough room for my wife and I and our four children. I can't say enough about our host. Eddie was very timely. He delivered and picked up the camper when he said he would. He was also quick to communicate, and he was very friendly and hospitable. He helped to make our vacation very pleasant. I would highly recommend anyone renting Eddie.

Great experience. The Autumn Ridge was exactly what we were told it would be. It was delivered and picked up in a timely manner to our schedule and Eddie responded quickly anytime we had a question. I definitely recommend Mobile Bay Rentals. Thank you to this business for meeting our needs!
