Meet your host, Kevin

Member since 2020

My wife and I like to explore, preferably in state and federal parks since the spots are more relaxing. We usually go for a few weekends per year and at least one longer trip. We recently started travelling with our dog Rory and he loves being able to sleep inside the RV with air conditioning! I take pride in my property and have spent a lot of time and money on upgrades and this will be a continuing process so that's why I like to rent it out - to pay for more upgrades in the future! :)

  • Pet friendly
  • No music festivals
  • Tailgating not allowed
  • No smoking

No smoking or drug use is allowed in the trailer. Your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation company charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other damages or fees.
Furry friends are welcome. Please advise the Owner as to the size, breed and age of your pet for prior approval. No rodents.

Great experience for a first time renting a camper. He thought of everything we might need at the camp site and went over how to use it before we left.

My husband and I never used a camper before so Kevin took his time and walked us through everything, when it came time to set up and pack up it was easy. His camper is like new and very clean. The upgraded mattress made sleeping very comfortable. We would definitely rent from Kevin again.

Kevin was great! Excellent walk through and directions, as we were first time trailer campers. Very responsive through messaging and made this part of the trip very easygoing for us. He has put several time and effort saving upgrades into this camper, very much would recommend and rent from him in the future!!

Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Can be flexible. Evenings preferred, but will attempt to work out on a case by case basis.

Q.Do I need a brake controller?
A.
No, one is permanently attached to the trailer. All you need is a properly wired 7pin socket on your vehicle and a free 12 volt cigarette lighter style port inside your vehicle for the remote controller.

Q.Can I dry camp (boondock) with your camper?
A.
Yes, but we don't guarantee that everything will work for your entire stay. The fridge is 12 volt only and there is a solar trickle charger along with an upgraded lithium battery. However, depending on usage, it may still be limited. In our tests, we were able to maintain the fridge for up to 3 days without charging, but again that is not guaranteed and your results may vary. Also, if you are using a generator, it may not power everything depending on it's size.

Q.Can I drive on the interstate?
A.
Yes, but you will need to go lower than the speed limit. We limit the trailer to 65 MPH (may be GPS monitored) and recommend 60 MPH for safety purposes.
