2021 Holiday Rambler Admiral
We are located @ end of a country road that leads into a federal preserve. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Indoor and outdoor kitchen with big screen tv outside to watch under the awning. Secluded, yet just a short drive, walk, or bike ride to so many adventures, such as:
-Lake Woodruff hiking trails right next door
-Deleon Springs State Park where you can swim in the turquoise spring water, take a boat tour, eat in a historic restaurant, & hike
-close to historic downtown DeLand
-30 minutes to the beaches
-a little over an hour from Orlando theme parksThis is currently a stationary rental! We are awaiting a part for the driver’s side mirror before it can be safely driven. RV is on our property. You will have fresh water, electricity, & the RV is already hooked up to a waste station.What's includedClean linens. Freshly cleaned interior. Water. Waste disposal. Electric. Propane, when necessary. NO DRAMA! NO soliciting for particular rates, etc.RecommendationsLake Woodruff Preserve is within walking distance. Atlantic Ocean beaches within 30 minutes. We welcome good people—NO Drama—to our home. Please understand this is our home that you are renting, parked at our full time residence. You will have plenty of space to yourself. This is a Stationary rental. At this time, we are only renting as a hotel room scenario. You’re welcome to park your vehicle & feel secure here. You may walk from the RV to Lake Woodruff National Preserve within a few minutes. It is about 3 miles to DeLeon Springs State Park. Approximately 30 minutes to Daytona Beach & approximately 45-60 minutes to Sea World, Universal Studios, & other Orlando attractions. Welcome to The Springs!
