Our trip was great from start to finish, Jeffrey was very helpful and explained everything perfectly. The camper was in great shape and very comfortable for a smaller size (15'). We will be rescheduling asap.

Jeff and his camper were great! We had a wonderful time, and felt safe and secure. My 2003 Chevy Trailblazer was able to tow it with ease. Communication with Jeff was excellent and he was very helpful. HOWEVER - the driver verification process with Outdoorsy leaves much to be desired. They need to get their act together. This does not reflect on Jeff in any way as he has no control over this. I would most definitely rent from Jeff again, however I'm not thrilled with how Outdoorsy handled our driver verification issues. Thank you Jeff, for a wonderful vacation!

Had to reschedule my trip and Jeff was very flexible and accommodating. He even checked on me multiple times during the trip to make sure all was going well. Queen and bunk bed was perfect for us and 2 kids.

The trip was great because of Jeffery. He was very accommodating helping us out. He allowed us to bring some items over early to put in the camper because we did not have a truck. His schedule was flexible for our departure and return. The camper was not new but everything worked fine and no problems with set up or showing how all items worked. Best part was NO HIDDEN FEES.

It was great experience as the first time to rent RV. Jeff took time to explain in detail and very flexible for the time of pick up and drop off as there was no customer the day before or after, I guess. We had great time with two boys with me. It was very important that he checked my hitch height which was originally too low but I could change to proper hight as he suggested. Thanks Jeff!

Rented this trailer for Columbus Day weekend trip. Drove up to Baltimore, Maryland and back with it! Beds were comfortable and had decent room. Kitchen area came in handy as well as having a toilet and shower on hand. Im 6’3” so I did have to bend down for shower and walking in the camper but I was able to sleep great on the full bed and twin size bunk beds..

Great experience from pick up to drop off. Jeff is very nice and worked with me for a pickup and drop off time. When picking it up, he took his time to go over all aspects of the RV. The RV was in great shape. It was easy to tow and setup and parking was easy after a couple attempts. Overall I would definitely recommend this rental.

Great experience from pick up to drop off. Jeff worked around my schedule for a pickup and drop off time which was very convenient. When picking it up, he took his time to show me how to use all aspects of the RV. The RV was in great shape as described. Very easy to tow and setup and after a little practice, parking was quick. Would definitely recommend this rental and others from Jeff.

We had a great vacation. The camper towed easily from Florida to Tennessee and back. All the amenities you need in a compact camper and it had enough room for our family of four. Our kids loved the separate bunks. Jeff has great communication.

I just have a great things to say about Jeffrey, communication was great all the time, I pay for delivery and when I got to the location, the rv was already there, set up and ready to go (that really surprised me), he went over details and regular stuff, rv was clean with all appliances working properly and lights, bathroom and plumbing in good shape, he provides pillows, sheets and some kitchen stuff if you need it, overall a great customer service and great rv perfect for our weekend, without doubt I will rent from Jeffrey again!!

We loved this RV. Everything you need for a weekend. Comes with towels, coffee maker, grilling utensils & more. Very easy set up. Jeff was excellent with communication and got back to us with any questions. We will rent again.

We are first-timers and before booking Jeffrey answered all our questions and throughout the trip maintained good communication with us, returning phone calls or texts promptly. The camper did have most of the basic needs, but I do think a full list of everything included would be helpful. Everything worked, no mechanical issues at all. Also, it's worth noting that the banquette/dining area has been removed (so, no interior 'seating') - thereby modified/reinforced to being only a full size bed. Bunks were good size for our 2 kids, but there isn't a ladder to get to the top bunk. Jeffrey really helped us workout a solution for our hitch and the low ground clearance of our SUV. In hindsight, we would recommend renters use a weight distribution hitch for towing with mid-size SUVs w/3500lb gross tow capacity. Overall, we had a good experience.

We (x2 adults) rented for a twelve day journey from Florida to Michigan and back. Jeffrey's trailer served us well. Considering this was our first trip via travel trailer, we faced some minor challenges, however Jeffrey proved to be supportive throughout the trip. Jeffrey maintained good communication with us, returning phone calls or texts promptly. I would recommend friends or family members to rent from Jeffrey. In addition, we both would highly recommend traveling by this means, it made for the ability to enjoy so many more places than we had anticipated all because of the comforts of a home-like vehicle tagging along with us.

Jeffrey went ABOVE and BEYOND. We were flying in from across the country and told him we would only have the backpacks on our backs. He made sure we had everything we needed, he even went out and bought new pillows. He had the generator up and going when we got there. He had camping chairs ready for us and the trailer cover already out for shade. He delivered early to get us a good camping spot (He picked the best one!) and waited hours for us to get there. He supplied blankets, cookware, everything we could need. He communicated extremely well before the trip to make sure everything would run smooth. He was kind and personable in person and a joy to talk to. If we ever need a trailer again at Daytona we will for sure book with Jeffrey. We highly recommend him. The trailer was clean and people passing by kept asking us how to rent it. It was perfect for a family of four.

First time renter, had a great experience. Jeff delivered and setup the camper as well as picked it up after we were done. Camper was clean and well equipped with linens and pots pans etc , although we had our 'tent' camping gear so we did not use them.

This RV was perfect for our needs. We stayed on private property and didn't really need need to use any of the amenities inside other than the restroom and bed. The RV was clean and Jeffrey was easy to communicate with and made himself available at any time had there been a problem, which there was not. I would recommend this RV as it was very affordable and suited our needs.

We rented Jeff's Jayco as a great way to visit my sister in Panama City Florida to help her with hurricane damage repairs. We knew there is a shortage of hotel rooms, and this was an economical and fun way to go. It was very comfy and cozy and our V6 4Runner pulled it very easily. We highly recommend Jeff and his Jayco for camping or visiting relatives.

We used the camper as overflow (for the two of us) at a family gathering. All your general needs are in this trailer. If you have 2 or 3 people extra storage can be found on the bunk beds in the back, they make a great place to spread out suitcases and other belongings. Jeffrey is an excellent host. He makes sure you understand how everything inside and out works/operates. It's clear from him at the start that a call or text is always welcome. In our case he delivered and set things up the day we arrived and picked it up promptly the day we left.

Jeffry was great when considering the rental expelling his unit to a t. ferry flexible with options available . He was also very helpful with the delivery and explaining all of the workings of the Jayco Jay on site. This cute little camper is clean and uses space efficiently. beds were comfortable and surprisingly roomy . I would recommend Jeffrey and his Jayco Jay.

Jeff even went as far as placing some restaurant menus and activity booklets for the area since he was familiar with the park. I would not hesitate to rent from Jeff if camping in the area again.

Jeffrey made sure I was familiar with all the workings of the RV before sending us out. The size/shape of the unit was perfect for my wife and be to take a short trip, towing it with our Jeep Wrangler. Everything worked perfectly.
