I bought this camper brand new in June of 2019. This R-pod is the Hood River Edition, which offers every feature possible, and comes lifted with large tires for those harder to reach off-grid campsites. You won't find a more equipped teardrop camper!Just park it, level it, push a few buttons and enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors!Features include: an electric tongue lift (to make hooking and unhooking as easy as possible), push button electric slide-out, push button electric shade awning, LED lighting inside and out, flat screen TV, hot water heater, indoor and outdoor showers, automatic-3-way refrigerator, convection microwave, wet bath with full toilet, 36 gallon freshwater tank. Very large A/C, 4000BTU heater, bluetooth stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers and a separate outdoor slide-out stove. I recently installed dual after market, deep-cycle, marine batteries. This allows for you to run electronics for a longer time in between charges. This r-pod comfortably sleeps 4 people. It has one queen size bed in the back. The dining area in front easily converts into another queen size bed. I purchased this model because the fold down bedroom is on the opposite end of the permanent bed, which allows for some privacy. It is perfect for small families or couples. This camper has a dry weight of 2603 LBS, and a hitch weight of 268 LBS. It tows easily with a small truck or SUV.***Requires a 7-way plug and a 2" ball. Brake controller preferred, (it is legal to tow this camper in Colorado without one, but I do not allow mountain towing without it, for obvious reasons)***Ask me about delivery. It is possible depending on your dates/location.Don’t forget to include the 4000W generator if you’re camping off the grid. Thanks for looking.MikeWhat's includedBasic supplies. IE: TP, cleaning supplies, some tools, and some cooking supplies. RecommendationsYou will want to bring your own blankets , pillows, and camping stuff. Other things to notePlease note that if the camper is returned without being as clean as when it goes out there is a $50 cleaning fee.If sewer tanks are not dumped there will be a $50 charge for each tank. There will be a mandatory $25 exterior cleaning fee, which is waved if camper exterior is cleaned. This is done with a carwash or by hand.
