This is a Wayfarer Walter Kit in a 2019 Ram 1500 Promaster High Top. Yep, tall people can stand in it and the bed is long enough for tall people too. This complete conversion includes proper flooring, with integrated cargo management tracks, wall and ceiling paneling with 100% natural wool insulation, perimeter shelving, a kitchen galley with 5 gallon fresh and grey water tanks, sink and hand pump, bed platform that measures 54″ wide x 6’1″ long with cushions, boot box and privacy covers for the sliding and rear door window areas.The van itself is outfitted with dual swivel seats, rear back up camera, tow package, windows in the sliding and rear doors, 12v power point in the front and rear cargo area, touch screen monitor, 220amp alternator, automatic folding mirrors, rear window defrosters, navigation, Sirius XM radio that Bluetooths to your device, all-season all-terrain tires, and cruise control. So many VANtastic adventures to be had. It's winterized so you can camp in it in colder weather and you can rent a propane heater from me for ski and snowboard season 2022/23. It's not all-wheel drive but it handles well on forest roads and off regular pavement with its 18" shock lift. Also has all weather all terrain super awesome tires for good grippy gripping. Items left behind are donated to local homeless encampment such as extra food, etc.Grey water dump $10 - $20. If there is food in the grey water, that could be an additional charge.
Late fees are applied if you do not honor the return time at $50/hour.
Pets are welcome, just make sure you pay the fee of $75/pet so I can do the proper extra cleaning.
Mileage charges, overage is $.55/mile, you can prepay miles.

• Absolutely no smoking of ANY kind or you know, kind kind, in the van. I know it's CO but smoking is a no no.
• Do not put anything other than grey water in the tank. No food, no human bio stuff, no bong water, literally only for washing hands, dishes, brushing teeth, rinsing stuff off. Solid stuff and other stuff will result in an additional fee.
• We no longer offer unlimited miles because some people really blew it on that. So we do offer prepaid discounted miles, inquire with Elissa Jane if you want a prepaid discount miles package.
• Pick up is a 3pm and drop off is at 11am. This can be negotiated, but if you want to ensure you can have that early or late time, book the half day.
• We love pets! Just make sure you click the pet fee as we do additional deep cleaning after your visit.
• Please be kind. We love you and want you to have the best time, but we're also just people doing our best. Your kindness will go a long way.
• Keep all communications in the app. That's Outdoorsy's rule and we respect that.
• Send us pictures, we love that and want to use them in our social media. We'll tag you if you tag us! @vandaladyind
• Ask us anything? Really, we'll hep you plan your trip and do whatever it takes to show you the bestest time.

Fees
- Security deposit: $750.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $125.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. This includes charging up Goal Zero, filling gas tank, cleaning vehicle, laundry, etc.

Elissa Jane was extremely responsive, kind and helpful before and throughout the trip. We had 2 minor issues with the van, which are random things that can happen, and she reacted rapidly both times, making sure we could fully enjoy our vacation. She even drove us back to a store where we had forgotten a bag after we had returned the van, which was extremely kind and generous of her. I would rent from her again anytime.

Our first time renting a camper van and we feel so blessed to have run across this camper van and EJ. She answered all our questions and was available during our trip (we had no issues so never needed to reach out). The van was comfortable and we slept so great! We can wait to rent this one again real soon!

Q.Is it hard to drive?

Heck no! The Ram Promaster 1500 is very nimble and easy to drive. It is almost as smooth as driving a regular car.
Q.What kind of gas does it take?
A.
Regular unleaded.
Q.What's the deal with extra power to charge up things?
A.
You will have my Goal Zero 500 Yeti, which works great for keeping the fridge cool, and your devices charged at night. You can charge it while you drive in the 12v port, or with the boulder solar case which is also provided for you.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
This depends on season, bookings, and if you have a renter before or after. I'm willing to work with you and your schedule as long as the turnaround allows. If there is a renter before or after, I need to be more strict about the pick up and drop off. If your itinerary is tight, rent it the extra day and have the flexibility you want :)
