My experience was mixed. Izzy has a nice trailer and it pulled very well. He was prompt in communicating with me. When I picked it up, he was there to walk me through everything. That was helpful. I was disappointed when he charged us $25 to pick up his trailer the day before we needed it, just because HE was going to be out of town the next day. Then, a week before our trip, he let me know that it had a broken window- that he boarded up. He offered to give us a refund, but at that late date, when I looked, I couldn't find another similar trailer that would fit our needs, so I agreed to use his in that condition. I was expecting that he would offer some discounted rate since we were willing to take it with a boarded-up window, but he charged me the full price. Finally, when it came time for me to drop off the trailer, he was again out of town, and so I was expected to do all the lock-up procedures. In all my previous rentals, the owner has met me at the drop-off to help unhook everything and then they take care of whatever lock-up procedures they want. Maybe if he would have explained this ahead of time, I would have known what to expect. Also, it's listed as a "new" trailer, but it shows a fair amount of wear already. For all these reasons, I'm giving a 3-star rating.

When you initially submitted your booking request, I did not accept it but rather reached out to you promptly. I presented you with two options, demonstrating my commitment to finding a solution that aligned with your schedule. The first option was to pick up the camper on the 7th at a heavily discounted nightly rate, given my unavailability on the 8th. The second option was to decline the request, allowing you to explore alternative camper options more suitable to your timeline. Your decision to pick up the camper on the 7th at the discounted rate was entirely your choice.Regarding the boarded-up window opening, you were promptly informed of the damage and provided with two possible solutions. The first option was to receive a full refund for your trip, accompanied by my commitment to assist you in finding an alternative camper. The second option was to continue with the trip while the window opening remained boarded up. You choose the latter. Additionally, I had previously reassured you, in a message, that if any issues arose during your trip due to the repairs, I would be willing to offer a refund. But you told me that there were no issues with the camper during your trip, indicating that it functioned as expected, therefore no refund was provided.I would also like to address your concerns regarding the drop-off procedure. My request for you to park, unhook, and lock the camper upon return did not seem unreasonable. Whether I was present or not, these steps would have been necessary at some point during your trip. If you found this procedure problematic, communicating this during pickup would have been helpful, as I am always open to finding alternative solutions that meet your needs.

Izzy was an amazing host. His communication was impressive. Initial instructions were clear and easy to follow. Throughout the trip he was available if questions arose. Camper was perfect for us. In great shape and very clean. I would definitely rent from Izzy again.

This was such an amazing camping experience! We are "reformed tent campers" and are use to packing everything we need with us. But, Izzy made sure that the camper was stocked with everything needed to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable - even a welcome basket!!! The camper was extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable (especially with the memory foam topper) - we slept like babies! Overall, incredible experience all around. We'll be renting here again! Thanks, Izzy!!!

Communication was wonderful. He answered any questions I had and was quick to respond to questions I had while camping. The camper was beautiful! Super clean and perfect for two people! The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a simple and small camper.

We had a fantastic time using your camper. Was very neat and clean upon arrival. Easy to use and set up. Your instructions were complete and informative. Loved the camper. Very homey and comfortable. Can't say enough good things. The owner, Izzy was so nice. He explained everything we needed to know. We were novice campers and he made us feel very comfortable taking this rig on the road.
