We had the pleasure of being Grace’s very first renters. The experience started off leaps and bounds better than other rentals as Grace was our rebound from an owner that canceled on us days before our schedule trip. She was willing to prep the RV and ensure it was ready for departure even though it was a last minute booking. On top of that, we came in from out of state and since she’s located downtown, it was an easy train ride/Uber from the airport to pick the unit up. She offered numerous amenities from (professionally cleaned) bedding, camping chairs, tables, fully stocked cleaning supplies and essentials, even including some of her own personal gear to make sure we had everything we could possibly need for our trip. She also included a box of drinks/snacks for our trip! When we arrived to pick the unit up, Grace went through everything top to bottom with us and ensured we knew how everything worked. When we had questions while on our trip, she was easy to reach. When our trip was ending she was very flexible with us and made sure we had convenient options to ensure we could make it to the airport on time on our departure day. She goes above and beyond to ensure that you have the same level of experience that she has when she takes her RV out.
