Exterior includes outdoor stove, sink, shower, refrigerator, and heated enclosed underbelly. Light weight, dry weight of 6,884 lbs, 35'8" long with one slide. Includes solar panel on roof to run refrigerator when not plugged in.For those new to RV'ing we have detailed instructions on how to use the RV including hookups and dumping/rinsing of the tanks. We will also go over these items during the pickup process.What's includedThe RV comes fully stocked - includes linens for beds, pillows, towels, dishes, cookware, cleaning supplies, outdoor sitting options, cooler, tp, paper towels, leveling equipment, and hook up supplies.All items will be cleaned and disinfected, ready to go when you pick up the RV.Propane tanks will be filled and ready to go.
