RV was great. Liked having the 3rd bed in the back. We had it delivered. Drop off and pickup were exactly on time.

Owners are easy to communicate with and the drop off and pick up is simple. I’d recommend renting this camper to others as it makes it an enjoyable experience when you have good people to work with.

We rented this camper for two nights in October. I spoke with the owner after he delivered the camper via phone. At that time he said he was having a problem with the battery holding a charge but felt that our generator would be able to help during our 2 night stay. Per Prince Gallitzin State Park, generators can only be in use from 8 a.m. till 9 p.m. So, needless to say at 2 a.m. both nights we woke up to a freezing cold camper. Frost warnings were in effect for both of those nights so I estimated the camper temp to be about 40 degrees. We had our 2 year old granddaughter with us who was crying because she was " so cold". I spoke to the owner the following day and he had a friend who was camping at the same campground and had him come over to check and see if he could do/fix the problem. Once again, that night at 2 a.m. we woke up freezing in a very frigid camper. Communicated with owner again, via text messages, and expressed our frustration with the camper having no heat and the fact that he was aware of the non-working battery but still rented his camper to us. At no point did the owner offer any type of refund or compensation. We will not rent again from Outdoorsy or the owner.

Very clean camper! Plenty of room for my husband and I, plus our 4 kids. Love that the back room was more private too. The kids could play games and whatnot pretty late and it didn't really bother us. They were great to work with and so fast with setting up! Had a bunch of little things in the camper in case we forgot anything. Also had a few movies for a rainy day too. Great first experience with a camper!

We had our camper delivered on site. They were on time and set up was completed quickly. They checked in each day to make sure we were not having any questions and also gave a few suggestions of things to see nearby. Camper was clean and ready to use, included bed linens, pillows, some paper products, kitchen utensils, and a cute basket of toiletries that you may have forgotten. I would definitely use them again!

For our first time renting an RV, e we could not have asked for better hosts. Mike and Kelly took the time to answer every question, arrived before we got to our spot and had the rv ready to go in minutes. Mike thoroughly explained where to find everything and what to do if anything went wrong. We had one incident where we tripped the breaker but within minutes, Mike called and walked us through how to fix it. The RV was clean and even had a few Items for us in case we needed things….. tooth brush, paste, soap, etc. and having AC in 90 plus degree weather was a huge blessing. Thank you both for making our trip so memorable. We hope to be able to do this again!

This was our first RV experience and Mike and Kelly made it easy. RV was set up and walk through to show us how everything worked was great. Owners reached out couple times to make sure everything was ok and very quick response when we had any questions. Well stocked with everything you need. We would highly recommend using them for any trip you take!!

This was our first RV experience and it was planned completely last minute. Kelly & Michele were incredibly responsive and helpful. They delivered the RV and had it set up for us. It had everything we could possibly need. Kelly checked in with us throughout our weekend just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Everything was super clean! Thank you for everything!

The whole experience was great. The RV was delivered, set up, and beds made before we even arrived. It was so much easier than bringing our own linens as we had done with rentals in the past. Owners called me the first night and walked me through the rest of the set up and answered any questions I had. They also periodically checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. RV had tons of room and I would definitely rent this RV again in the future.

Camper was great! It came with many nice touches like a Keurig coffee make and all the supplies. Camper was well stocked with pots and pans, trash cans, towels, cups, plates, and sheets. Very clean. Mike was easy to work with to coordinate pick up and drop off plus provided helpful tips to first time campers. Very friendly and wanted to make sure we had what we needed for our trip!

Our first rental experience was very smooth and stress-free thanks to Kelly and Mike. We requested the trailer be delivered and everything was perfectly set up before we arrived. We were provided comprehensive instruction on how to operate the different features of the trailer which made us feel comfortable we could operate the trailer during our trip.

Great experience. Our first time renting a camper, and probably not our last. Camper was already setup when we arrived, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We had the back room setup as a bedroom rather than a toy compartment. Owners were great to work with. Would recommend.

We had such a great time and this was equipped with everything we needed. We opted for delivery and they set up the RV and even put the sheets on the beds. Everything was very clean and it was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. We were able to bring just our clothes and food. Thanks for making it so simple for us. We were traveling from out of state so we were looking for a turn-key set up. Thank you!
