Mom and Dad have a Queen bedroom at one end, while the kids have a double over double bunkhouse on the other end. A full slide in the dining and living areas give you ample space to spread out and move around without bumping into each other. Gas and electric water heater, outdoor speakers and 17' awning are just some of the many features on this unit. If it's a rainy day you can stay inside and enjoy movies on the 55" TV! The Avenger is kept in immaculate, like new condition. This RV is waiting for you and your family to hit the road and start making your own memories! Queen bed in master bedroom (2) Large double bunks (3) - Top bunk is rated for 250 pounds and could sleep at least two children so you could probably sleep 10 if you had small children. There will be no refunds if you show up and are unable to haul it. Hitch Weight is 721 pounds Dry Weight is 6,652 pounds Cargo Weight is 2,869 pounds Delivery is available on a local basis. Security Deposit Notes: Unit must be returned clean and free of debris or there will be a $75 cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit. The full security deposit will be lost if it is determined that someone was on top of the unit. If the unit is returned having not been dumped there will be a $50 sewer fee deducted from the security deposit. One thing I am nuts about is smoke. If our camper smells at all like smoke, I will deduct from the security deposit a professional cleaning fee. My family does not smoke, my camper still smells brand new, and I will not tolerate any sort of smoke smell.
