This trailer has air conditioning and heat. It can sleep up to 7 people, 5 adults comfortably. The trailer comes with linen for all sleeping surfaces. There is a full-size bottom bunk and a single top bunk. The table and couch can be made into a bed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, and bathtub. The kitchen has a freezer and refrigerator that work great, a stove, sink and all the dishes needed to eat and cook with. The trailer is very clean and well taken care of. Perfect trailer for camping.

**Absolutely NO Smoking of any kind and not limited to; cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, or other inhalants.
**Absolutely NO climbing on the roof.Cleanliness is very important, please clean up after yourself. I will provide a list of things to do to prep the camper for turn in. Everyone’s time is extremely valuable. One week before your rental I will contact you and coordinate pick up and drop off times. If you are more than a half hour late, I will be forced to charge you a late fee of $35.00 an hour. If there was smoking in the camper it will result in the loss of the security deposit of $500, remember this is our family camper that we are kind enough to loan out, members of our family have smoke and pet allergies. Please respect our rules so everyone can have a fun and positive experience.

We are a family that grew up camping and want to share the love for the outdoors with others by renting out our camper when we are not actively using it.
