We had a great trip in the Daybreak RV. Santosh was a pleasure to work with and very professional, which was a relief after multiple failed reservation attempts with other RV owners. He was very responsive, answered all my questions, and was exceptionally flexible, allowing us to rent the RV for an extra night and accommodate a late drop-off. Thanks again, Santosh!

Santosh was very helpful and catered to our needs. Only downside is that these RVs need more upkeep done in between rentals to ensure dumping is completed, clean water is refreshed, and cleaning is done properly. The first RV I had originally booked and paid in-full for was not working properly when we arrived to pick it up (AC was not working) so a smaller RV was provided. This involved me bringing the owner to a small Semi lot where the other RVs were stored. I was told to cancel the original reservation in order to sign the contract for the smaller RV. Santosh reassured me that the refund from the previous reservation would be returned to me. It’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to be refunded $2473.65. Once I’m refunded I will change my rating to a 5/5 stars. For now it is 3/5.

Santo is responsive to the matters we brought up . But the rv itself has a lot of issues while we were driving, such as the batter wasn’t charging and the screen didn’t work at the end. The exterior of the rv wasn’t cleaned at all. There were dead bugs stick to the mirror. Overall a good trip.

Best RV experience we had for a beginner. Santosh made the process very easy and was very flexible in pickup options. He spent a good time giving a walk through of the various options and do's/don'ts of driving an RV. When we had a flat tire he responded right away and made the fix very seamless!! Overall best experience and looking forward to many more such trips!
