We will deliver, set up and pick up only within a 25 mile radius of Wenatchee WA unless special arrangements are made.
Please use the provided RV toilet paper only. Do not flush anything but RV toilet paper down the toilet.
Please do not leave the awning out unattended. Please bring the awning in if it is windy as the wind can damage the awning.
When running the AC, don’t set the thermostat lower than 74 degrees when it’s over 100 degrees outside or the unit will ice up and not work properly.
Please keep an eye on the black and grey tank levels so they don’t get overfilled.
If you do not wish to clean the camper at the end of your stay, we will charge a $100 cleaning fee.
Dumping will be included only if your site has sewer hookups. A $30 fee will be applied if your site does not have a sewer hookup.
Absolutely NO fish in the refrigerator or freezer please and thank you.

5.0Host came and set everything up at Lake Entiat (Columbia River). Trailer was clean and had all the basics, including a coffee machine and great AC. It was the perfect turn-key experience for those of us who have gotten tired of pitching a tent, but still want to enjoy the outdoors.
