This is a stationary rental, on our property in Willow, Alaska.
Vintage 1962 Serro Scotty Sportsman recently remodeled to include modern creature comforts.Kitchen
The kitchen features a pump sink with fresh and grey water tanks. There is a 55qt fridge/freezer for storing all your perishable foods. Shelf space above the counter allows for other food storage as well. Induction cooktop with pans and basic cooking supplies included. Eat at the dinette or set up the outdoor table to enjoy nature with your meal, either option will comfortably seat 4.Bed
The dinette transforms to roughly a king size bed. It will comfortably sleep 2-3 adults or 4 if some are kids. The cushions are a thick and cozy memory foam for a good night's sleep after a full day in nature.Bathroom
There is a Thetford cassette toilet. It functions much like a regular toilet except that it flushes into a small tank. Detailed instructions are in the rig guide binder. We use rv toilet pods to keep it smelling fresh. Any regular toilet paper (included) can be used but please don't flush any wet wipes or other products. There is an outdoor shower available.Power
There are 2 lithium-ion batteries that will power any basic necessities such as lights, usb chargers , and basic electronics. For anything bigger or anything requiring a/c power, we have electric on the property.Storage
The dinette benches open to provide extra storage. There is also a small amount of space in the closet to store small items. We have additional storage available if needed for larger items.Other
There is a Maxx air fan for great air flow. The small shelf above the bed has a USB tower for charging at night. There is a smoke and CO detector for safety. Electric heater is available for cooler weather camping.What's includedTransportation
