We had a wonderful time on our trip. The customer service is great with Morgan, Jennifer, Emma, and Danilee OFFICE STAFF. My only concern was the price for renting a 5 year old RV camper. It was clean and functional but worn.

Thank you the camper was exactly perfectly suited for our needs, Kim had it all set up and ready for us early which was to our advantage as we met our family there, Very Clean,, Kim was So nice & helpful 😊

I was told delivery would be 4pm, but camper arrived several hours earlier than we arrived to the campground. Would have been fine, but there was a broken window blind, low water level & water pump malfunction that would have been remedied if camper would have arrived when we were expecting it. I would have been able to check out everything with the delivery person. Instead, I was charged for items that were already broken. I think I’d rather rent from an individual than Camper Connection.

Not the first time camping but the first time renting a trailer. What a great experience! Communication from the beginning was quick and clear. We were coming from 7 hours aways and they were flexible to work with. When we arrived everything was set up and the owner refreshed us on all the mechanicals. The trailer was cleaned and stocked. We are hoping to use it again next year! Thanks for a great camping experience without the hassle of pulling the trailer. I would highly recommend giving it a try if you're thinking of renting.
