Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.How does the electric Water Heater work?
A.
On the front side of the camper, there is a female electrical plug. This allows for an extension cord to be plugged into the camper and the other end plugged into an outlet in the campground (not an outlet on the camper). Once plugged in, the electric heater will start heating the water tank. The water tank needs to be full prior to plugging in. If the tank is not full, the heater element will burn out within minutes and need to be replaced.

Q.How long does the minifridge take to cool down?
A.
The minifridge should be plugged in at least 4 hours prior to your trip. The minifridge works different than your house fridge. There is no fan to circulate the air so it takes longer to cool down. The fridge can also be ran on propane or battery power. Using the battery is mainly meant to be used while traveling to the campground to keep everything cold. Battery alone will drain very quickly. Contact me if you need it cooled down prior to pick up.

Q.Can the camper be leveled using the jacks on the 4 corners?
A.
NO!!!! The jacks on the corners are stabilizer jacks. They are not meant to level the camper in any way. They keep the camper stable while walking inside.

Q.When do you stop cranking the top up?
A.
You should stop cranking the camper up when the canvas is slightly taught. You do not want to put unneeded pressure on the canvas. There is also a gray cable in the rear to stop the top from being popped up further than it should be.
