The owner was very responsive and helpful. The trailer was well used but everything inside worked. The outdoor kitchen was not usable which was a disappointment. Also the floor plan in the ad is slightly different that the actual trailer as it does not have two doors. Overall it meet our needs for the trip just fine.

The owner communicated fairly well and delivered the trailer as requested, but the good stopped there.When we entered the trailer the floors were unswept, the sink had dirty dishes from who know who, the toilet had urine on it, the pans had old grease and cooked food stuck to them and the place had quite a bit of just grim on most surfaces. I know it’s a camper and could have some dust from being pulled but this was just plain filth. Then to top it off the water heater would not work. He sent a friend out to make sure it was lit which I assured him it was. I appreciate the effort but he could not or was not able to or was not worried about getting it fixed. He told me to just have my family use the campground facilities and that in two years of renting his trailer we were the first people to use the shower. We conceded and did use the campground showers since there was no other option, but some places are not open to using the facilities due to the pandemic, which when I mentioned that he said “well here in South Dakota we did not do covid” which I think sums up the entire experience. When I asked about rectifying the situation he started in on me saying that’s all I wanted since the beginning when we asked if the bedding would be provided since it sleeps multiple people (our family of 5 was renting it and we wanted to make sure there were towels and sheets) which he responded that only the master bed would have bedding. He did leave some old sleeping bags for the bunks but based on the condition of the rest of the trailer we used our own sheets and blankets. He did refund us some of the rent to rectify the issue with the water heater which I appreciated but the situation had already gone too far to not speak truth on the review. It is hard for me to put so many negative comments on here, as I like to think of people in a positive light but this was too much to deal with on what is supposed to be a relaxing vacation with my family.

Our experience with this RV did not meet our expectations. The RV was dirty upon delivery (e.g., dirt on the hard flooring and throughout the carpeting, and the external kitchen was coated with a thick layer of dust/sand/dirt making it unusable). Also, there were 2 decaying/shriveled bat carcasses stuck in the arms of the awning (not discovered until several days into our rental - that was an unpleasant surprise!).

Eric was great. He was flexible and willing to work with us (we required delivery). He had it hooked up and heater running when we arrived for Memorial Day weekend. Although much of our time was spent with family at their campsite or at activities, we were glad to have our own space (& not have to deal with weather and tents!)
