Q.Where may I pick up this Campervan?
A.
The Campervan has a set parking location and due to the extensive pre-departure orientation/inspection and arrival inspection, we recommend that the pick up and drop-off be at this set parking location. We do offer a shuttle service To & From the van for a fee. Typically, we can pick you up from the Edmonton International Airport (YEG) and take you to the Van within 30 minutes.

Q.Why don't we recommend having a permanent RV toilet fixture?
A.
As per our years of experience with our own RV units, as well renting campervans belonging to others, we believe this is the best option FOR A RENTAL as you will not have to deal with a black water system and related odors of having a public toilet next to your bed and dining area. Permanent RV toilet fixtures usually have low water pressure, plastic parts, flaps and rubber gaskets which seldom get cleaned well.

Q.Is it difficult to drive this 24ft long Campervan?
A.
If you're used to driving pickup trucks or full size vans (with high driver seat height), then the added length of this Campervan only means you should be aware of the larger turning radius, as well as the distance between the vehicle in front of you due to the extra weight of such a large vehicle. The width is the same as a pickup truck or minivan, so it's easier than taking a Class-A or a Class-C. It's definitely easier than towing a trailer.

Q.Why do we need so much time for pre-departure before we can just leave with the campervan?
A.
Due to the required pre-departure & arrival orientation/checklists, we suggest 30-40 minutes be spent with getting familiar with the condition of campervan before departure and after arrival.
