*Due to RV's having many moving components. (it's alot like a house that goes through earthquakes every day) there may be a couple of loose cabinets, or slightly damaged fixtures that require custom ordered parts to come in. We do our best to get these repaired but sometimes we might use temporary fixes that don't look the greatest.

*Covid-19 note: We cannot provide utensils, bedding, and full cookware. A mini camping cook set/toilet paper/soap/shampoo is provided.
Extra Rules:
1. We do not allow awning usage. Years of California RV-ing later we have discovered that Santa Ana winds are simply too strong for the awning to handle. We can provide a portable Canopy for no charge upon request.
