This camper is New, clean, and spacious, with 3 slides, entertainment center with AM/FM/CD/DVD player and outside speakers, a large 50 in screen TV and aux "C" connection cord to hook phone to television. Living area has theater seating, Loveseat in living area folds down into a bed and electric fireplace with heater and adjustable lighting for chilly nights.
Full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, 10 cubic foot fridge with freezer, 3 burner stove with oven, and microwave. Dining table folds down to a bed and has plenty of storage space under seats with 2 Crock Pots, Rice Cooker and a Griddle, LED lights around base for night lite.
Bedroom has a regular Queen size bed , storage under bed with built-in kennel. Closet for hanging clothes and washer dryer closet, and 4 drawer dresser. Camper sleeps six people.
Bathroom has 32 inch shower, sink, a 2 stage flushing toilet, cabinets, towel rack and paper holder. Camper surge protector and filter for water. Outside area has cable TV hookup and outlet. Outside kitchen has a fridge and 2 burner stove, Ninja air fryer, and grilling utensils in drawers.

Included is a bucket of ice with 3 ice trays, paper towels, paper plates, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, and some cleaning supplies.

Recommendations
Located close to OBX, Virginia Beach, Great dismal swamp hiking trails, and can reach out as far as Bush Gardens. There are several campgrounds in the area, here are just a few.
North Landing Campground, North Bay Shore, both in Virginia Beach. North River Campground, Strick's Family Campground, Bells Island Campground all in North Carolina. OBX has several campgrounds, too many to list. Many more out there, too many to list.
Other things to note
NO SMOKING or VAPING.
DOGs, only medium to small trained fur babies can reside with occupants.
50 Amp service required if you need to run both Air Conditioner units.
We recommend at least 3/4 ton truck or equivalent to pull this 38 ft total length camper and prefer experienced haulers because some campgrounds are tight for maneuvering into spots.
