Large windows for scenic views in any direction and recliners for relaxing while reading a book or sipping on hot chocolate. The 12' slide-out creates a spacious kitchen layout that accommodates the entire family. Private bedroom sleeps 2 adults, while the sofa bed and dinner table-turned bed accommodates up to 3 additional people. Interior bathroom includes stand-up shower with skylight, toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, and drawers. Kitchen includes a double sink, 3 burner stove, oven, propane/electric fridge and freezer, and microwave. Outside is an extremely large 24' awning that just about spans the entire length of the trailer, an exterior shower, a rear entry door to the living area and a private entry door to the master bedroom. Optional towing to location of your choice, set-up, and take-down is available for an additional fee. 2000 Watt generator with accessories available for additional fee and deposit. Specifically, please abide by the rules: Absolutely no smoking in or near the trailer (including e-cigs and Marijuana-either legal or illegal), tobacco spit, climbing on the roof, overflowing any gray or black water tank, altering the trailer, using any appliance for other than its intended purpose, removing any furniture from the trailer, engaging in illegal activity in or within the vicinity of the trailer, or any intentional acts directly or indirectly causing damage to the trailer or any of its components.
Smoking in any form, whether legal or illegal, in or near the trailer will result in forfeiture of deposit.
