Pick up of unit went well and towing the unit seemed effortless. The sway bar system you use was easy to install and take down. I will not rent a unit with a Murphy Bed again even though it's better than sleeping on the ground at my age it wasn't comfortable to sleep on. I will not rent a unit without bump outs again either due to lack of room. All in all it was a very good experience as we booked this unit in late June, we got what was available. The only downside to the whole event is that we were not able to return the unit on Sunday afternoon which meant we had to pay for Sunday night to have the unit sit in my driveway. A little flexibility would help to insure my return to Kunes RV.

Super easy to set up the rental. Eileen Gailloreto is super nice and very easy to work with. The pickup day went smooth as silk. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions quickly. Thank you all to make our trip a very memorable vacation.
