We include bedding for the queen bed and bunks and fresh towels for all your bathing needs.NO Smoking allowedAt only 6000 lbs they are 1/2 ton towable. Equalizer hitch is included.What's includedPots, pans, crockpot, coffee pot, cooking utensils, bedding for the queen and bunk beds, towels. The process of renting the trailer and having it set up and picked up was seamless. Marti and Reed were so helpful in every way. Should be need additional housing in the future we will give them a call. The trailer was exactly as described, clean and well stocked. We could not be happier with this experience.
