We purchased this trailer specifically to serve our renters with the most modern amenities to make your vacation the easiest, even for the most novice campers.
This Brand NEW 2021 bunk house is perfect for the family, yet not too big for just the 2 of you. Get ready to hit the road with all the latest and greatest creature comforts you'd expect, and then some. With barrel ceilings providing 6' 8" of headroom, equipped with AC for the summer and a fireplace for those cool mornings/nights in the spring and fall. Sleeping for 6 -10 (for smaller children) or 6 adults comfortably.
If your vehicle has a 2" receiver, 7-pin connector, and rated for up-to 8,600 lbs, (fully loaded) we've got Everything else (hitch, ball/stabilizers, wireless/bluetooth brake controller) needed to get you on your way to enjoying your next adventure. (Most modern 1/2 ton trucks will meet this requirement and a lot of SUVs will also be able to tow this trailer.)
With over 25 years of camping experience, let us help you enjoy your next outing to the fullest. Power jacks and stabilizers to make setting up a breeze. If your adventure takes you off the beaten path, we also offer (as an add-on) a remote-start generator. Start and stop the generator without leaving the rig. After you've played hard, unwind in the privacy of the fully enclosed, master area which includes a King Size bed, with a 3" breathable memory gel foam mattress topper, 600 thread count bedsheets, and down comforter. Wake up revived and ready for the next day's adventure.

Deep cleaning and preparation fee: $50 (This is a one time fee, in addition to the nightly fee, and will be deducted from your deposit upon return.) Includes deep cleaning/sterilizing (based on CDC guidelines) of all surfaces. Clean linens, dishware/utensils, and refill of propane tanks!
Return the camper tidy, wiped down, swept out, black and gray tanks empty, we will take care of the deep cleaning, stocking, and refilling of propane tanks. We will do a complete cleaning and disinfection of the camper to ensure the next vacationer has a pristine, sanitized, clean camper to rent just like you did! As mentioned, this does not including dumping the holding tanks, that responsibility is on you.
* Please return the RV in the same manner you received it, and there are no additional cleaning fees. The expectation is, if you spill it, clean it. If you track it in, sweep it out. Otherwise, we'll charge $50 (min) out of your deposit for us to clean up after you. :-)
We hate add on fees just like you. However, we want to keep our initial deposit feasible for you, so that is why we've added these in the event you want to take advantage of these extras.

(Most newer 1/2 ton and bigger trucks will have a brake controller. Most SUV's will not, so this is a GREAT option that does not limit what you can rent.)

***Please note*** If you choose to rent our generator, it will need to be placed in your truck bed or back of an SUV. Due to lack of tie downs inside the RV, there is no way to transport within the RV.

Rob and his family are truly great to rent from. Rob went more than out of his way to accommodate my requests, even allowing a night before pickup and late drop-off which enhanced our ability to enjoy full days at our site in Larkspur Jellystone. The camper really is clean and well featured. We won't hesitate to rent again.

This was my first RV rental experience. Rob snd Rene have set the bar very high for future rentals. The RV was pristine and stocked with everything a traveler might need or want. A couple questions I asked during our stay were answered immediately. These people know their stuff!

During pickup, we will go over all systems as well as hook up and set up. In addition, we've documented the process in writing, and in order for both set up and take down. Even the first time camper will find things a breeze with the detailed step-by-step directions.
