NEW 2020: We now have air-conditioning!This well-maintained camper can be towed by almost anything (I've towed with a Mazda 5 and a Scion xD and Toyota Highlander, renters with everything from a Volvo V70 to a Jeep). Has Both 7-pin and 4-pin connectors, no braking controller required.Sleeps 2 full-sized adults on each end and 1 or two on the bench. The bunks at either end have Ikea mattresses (much more comfortable than the originals) that have heaters for very cold nights. It has a mini-fridge, sink, external and tank water, can use any 110v outlet (60A or 30A service). RVQ BBQ grill. Multi-source heater that makes even February trips warm, electric brakes.Solar covers and window inserts for when it's really hot to keep the camper cool. For longer trips, there's an awning to sit under.Simple to setup and take-down. Very comfortable.

Marc was excellent providing quick and accurate communication. Our only negative was the mini fridge didn’t cool down. Marc advised us up front that it took a while to cool. It was a very hot night and the AC worked great. Great value for the experience. Thank you Marc!!

Worth every penny! Could not have been a more helpful, accommodating, and nicer owner! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I usually recommend picking up the camper the evening before your actual rental so we can go over setup/take-down without using up your vacation time. Returns are flexible, as long as we don't have a reservation immediately following.

Q.What kind of ball and wiring?
A.
The tow ball is a 2" ball. The camper has BOTH a 7-pin and 4-pin connector so you can connect with either.

Q.What's the difference between a 7-pin connector and a 4-pin connector
A.
The 4-pin connector has wires for ground, brakes, left, and right turn signals. The 7-pin connector adds the ability to charge the camper's battery while you're driving and also an electric brake controller. The eBrakes are nice (but not necessary) when towing with a smaller vehicle (like a Scion xD)

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The camper has a fresh water tank (20 gallon) that you can fill before your trip, or at the campground. Will ALSO hook up with a hose to campsite water supply (blue hose under bench seat) to supply water to the sink. Gray (used sink) water will drain from the side and can be connected to a waste hose (white-for-waste! hose under the bench seat) to campsite drain. NO sewage/waste tank. Electric hookup is the 30AMP RV connector, and an adapter is included if you need 20AMP connection.
