Worked just as expected, owner was very helpful in getting it hooked up and explaining everything, and backing into his yard on the return.

Max was very informative when we picked up the trailer and communicated well with us as we were on our way to pick it up. The only downfalls we had noticed was the cleanliness of the trailer itself and some parts were broken. We couldn't really enjoy having the windows open due to the screens having holes in them. We felt that kitchen was dirty as well as the bedding provided for us. Overall in the end we did enjoy our trip with the trailer, it was very spacious and cozy.

Max’s answer

I am afraid your downfalls are inaccurate Kyle:
- The windows have 2 screens: the top one with tiny holes to avoid mosquitos and the bottom (I guess you open the mosquito one) because the bottom ones are in perfect shape.
-Regarding cleanliness, bedding was washed using the antibacterial program (in this era of Covid), and the kitchen was wiped with clorox.

We loved this camper and working with Max to make arrangements, pick up and drop off was so easy! Highly recommend!

Max was super easy and reasonable with arranging pick-up and drop-off times. His orientation was very inclusive and detailed, however our opinion may be biased because we are tenured RVers (20+ yrs.. Pop-up, Class C, then Class A, then 38 FT Class A DP).
The RV fit our needs perfectly, a boondocking trip from Flagstaff to Sunrise Ski Area near Greer AZ and then back with a stop at Woods Canyon Lake on the Mogollon Rim. The RV is outfitted with everything you need for an outing. We had our own porta-potty and camped on public lands in-private locations.
We've been interested in potentially buying an RV similar to this one and now can say we'd love one of our own if the right deal comes along.

Max was quick to answer any questions. Easy to schedule for pickup and drop off; located just off the main road in Flagstaff. Enjoyed being able to get "off the grid" with this trailer vs other trailers. Max gave a good walk through prior to departure, explaining location of items and limitations on power. Trailer has radio and TV antenna's for use; did not use due to our camp site location. Kitchen was nice to use and had enough pots/pans/utensils for cooking our meals; also noted it was nice to cook on back of trailer outside vs being indoors cooking and have odors remaining around. I'm looking into buying a similar setup so it was nice to see how it works. Thanks again Max

My family and I went camping and the whole family loved the little red camper. It was so convenient to be able to cook dinner and setup a quiet place for my son to watch a movie! Thank you for everything Max!

Max was so easy to work with and the "Little Red Empire" was perfect for our trip. Max's camper was well equipped with everything we needed and more than we expected. While we didn't use but just a fraction of the items it was nice to know it was there if we needed it. Max is quick with his communication and responses which is key to a perfect rental experience.
