Jose was excellent with communication. The trailer was well equipped. We did not have any issues during our stay. Everything was provided except sheets for the beds, so we would have brought those if we had known.

Seeing the Grand Canyon was a 'bucket list' thing for my husband and I. We live around St Louis, and determined we wanted to camp in an RV, but did not want to buy nor did we want to drag an RV across four states to get there. The ideal solution was to rent in Flagstaff, get a bumper pull, take it up and park it at the Grand Canyon for a week, and still have the freedom to drive around with our truck. Jose was great at communicating with all my questions, and very patient. He met right on time, walked us through what needed to be done to hook up, etc, and again, had someone meet us at the exact time to drop off. We tried to leave the RV as we found it; clean and picked up. We completely enjoyed our trip and took our Chow with us, and everything went very smoothly. Thanks Jose!

Another great camping trip and excellent service from Jose. This year our family rented 2 trailers from Jose. Both were stocked with all the essentials, making it easy for us to arrive and relax! He even drove back out the next day to replace a dying battery before we even realized there was an issue! Thank you Jose!

We had a great time. Jose showed up and set the camper up within 20 minutes and taught us everything we needed to know. The camper was clean and well stocked and everything went off without a hitch. On our last day he showed up right on time and within minutes we were good to go. Very easy to deal with and would definitely rent from him again.

I would highly recommend Jose’s unit for your travel experience. It was perfect for my vacation needs with friends and he made my trip doable by offering drop off and pickup! Can’t recommend him enough.

Jose was very quick at responding to my questions and drop-off and pick-up went very smoothly. The RV was spacious and clean and had pretty much everything we needed which was helpful since we traveled from DC and what we had with us was limited. It does not come up with TV, so if your kids want to watch movies at night, you need to bring your own device.

Overall, the trailer was pretty good. The shower was a little small, but useable. However the trailer had a leak in the hot water that we discovered on the next to the last day which meant we were unable to take showers or wash up after cooking. I hope this gets fixed for the next renter.

This trailer was perfect for our family camping trip! It exceeded all expectations, stocked with everything you could think of. Jose delivered on time and set everything up for us. He had extra propane and gas for the generator. He was so nice and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Jose & his 2021 Dutchmen Aspen RV are the absolutley the BEST! The RV is Amazing, Clean and with Jose at the helm we had absolutely everything we needed to begin enjoying our vaca. Jose's attention to detail and customer service is a cut above Excellent. Should you be fortunate enough to book with Jose it's a guarantee A+ stay. There really should be a 6 star rating for this guy.

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time with Jose's trailer. Jose is EXCELLENT at communication and if there's anything you need he's very quick to respond. The trailer itself is great. While it was just my wife and I, there was PLENTY of room for 6 more people, easily. Trailer was very clean and stocked with everything you'll need for an extended trip. Setup and take down was a breeze as well. Jose really has gone to great lengths to make your trip as easy as possible with his trailer. The most underrated thing in my opinion is the trailer hitch he provides with sway bars. I've towed quite a few trailers in the past and this was one of the larger ones, yet it handled better than anything I've ever towed. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Jose again in the future and we plan to for future trips to the Grand Canyon.

We had a great experience with Jose. This was our first time renting a trailer and the experience was great. The trailer was delivered and set-up for us in a timely manner. Inside, the trailer was immaculate and stocked with games, snacks and daily things you would need. Jose was very attentive and easily accessible to answer any of our questions. From start to finish we had a great experience with the renter. They provided us with all the essentials, snacks, delivered/set up the trailer and picked it up early when we needed them to. The trailer is in perfect condition, very clean and you can’t beat the price. We will absolutely rent from them again the next time we are in the area.

Jose was a great host of his trailer. He gave a good tutorial of all the functions of the trailer before we left. He had everything ready to go, made it an easy for us to pick up, and was super friendly. He made himself available to call if we had questions. When we got to our campsite the first night, we could not get the powe to come on and Jose answered right away to help troubleshoot. Since this was our first time using a trailer, we were just newbies and didn't know to flip the breaker on the hookup at the camp ground so nothing wrong with the trailer. Jose was very kind in taking our phone call and helping us with solve the problem. I would highly recommend Jose and will be using his trailer again if we go to Utah or Arizona.

This was our first experience using Outdoorsy and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Jose's trailer was immaculate throughout and was cleaned to perfection. He was absolutely amazing to work with and he couldn't have been a nicer and more caring person. He even took the time to text us to check up on how our camping experience was going as well as provided us with all his contact info in case we needed anything.
