Power/Electric •Camper electricity can be operated off of included battery or plugged into electric sites. •Dimmable interior lights •Exterior light •2 outlets to plug in fans, phone chargers, etc.
A few things we love about our little pop-up...
•Super lightweight (1200lbs) and compact which makes it great for first-time towers and campsites of any size/type. Easily towed by smaller vehicles.
•Quick and easy setup - We will show you everything that you need to know in order to feel 100% confident setting up upon arrival at your destination. We also offer delivery/setup for local destinations if you’d rather not tow or handle setup yourself.
•It’s gone on many adventures! JJ is well loved but still vintage. Although it has been updated and is in great shape, there are still some quirks that come with using an older rig.
•Add a sticker from your travels to the side of J-J!
About Our Camper We purchased this camper in 2021 from another local family in great condition. However, we had dreams of updating the interior to look and feel more "us" :) So, over a few hot summer weekends we painted, shiplapped, furnished, decorated and stocked our new little camper and we couldn't love it more. We are excited to "host" you and/or your family and share our labor of love with you!
What's included
Our camper can be stocked upon request (free of charge) with:
•Linens for both beds (Fitted sheet, flat sheet and comforter for each) •Curtains on each pop-out for privacy •Throw pillows for comfy lounging inside the camper •Interior rug for kiddos to play on and for added coziness •Large 8x10 outdoor mat •Tote of miscellaneous cookware/kitchen needs •A few games, cribbage board and coloring books/crayons for kiddos •Pack n play and mattress •Camping/traveling high chair
Prefer to go lite? We understand that some of you are camping veterans and would prefer to bring your own tried and true supplies! If you would like us to remove any extras from the camper (think camper shell and mattresses/cushions!) we are happy to do so. Just let us know.
No tow vehicle? Or simply want to just show up with your things? We would be happy to deliver/setup/pickup at destinations within 30 miles for an additional fee. Just message us your destination and we will give you a custom price based upon your location :)

Recommendations
We absolutely love the Black Hills! One of our favorite places to vacation is the Palmer Gulch KOA in Hill City. There are so many activities to entertain your kiddos (and you!) right at the campground - pools, playgrounds, rock climbing, mini golf, trail rides, ATV rentals, restaurants, ice cream shop and more. And of course, you have all the amazing natural landscape and entertainment of the Black Hills - hiking, swimming in lakes, wildlife sitings.... The campground is located right in the heart of the Black Hills so you are just a short drive to popular towns (such as Keystone + Hill City) and also just a few minutes from Mount Rushmore. If you are looking for a primitive camping experience, or don't have kids, this may not be the destination for you ;) BUT if you do, it is GREAT!
If local to the Twin Cities, Wildwood Campground in Shafer, MN is a great quick weekend getaway for families. There is a pool, playground, pool table and mini-golf. They also do movie nights in the main lodge! It is also close to Taylors Falls and Interstate Park where you can check out the river, waterfalls and go hiking. There is a nice little swimming beach on the Wisconsin side of Interstate Park! We went to this campground for our first adventure in this pop-up!
Other things to note
With a dog of our own, we understand that it is difficult to leave pets behind when it comes to travel so we DO allow your fur babies. However, we ask that you pretty PLEASE keep them off of the beds and seating areas. Ideally, we would love if you brought your own pet bed for them to lay on inside the camper on the floor! We want to keep our rig as clean as possible for other renters and want to be able to continue to offer this option for future guests!
No smoking inside the camper. We also request that if you do smoke, you maintain a good distance from the camper so that it does not travel inside the camper or soak into the canvas or linens inside the camper. There will be a deduction from your damage deposit if the camper or linens smell like smoke upon return. Again, we just want the camper to be clean and fresh for future campers! Thank you!!
Anything beyond normal wear and tear will result in a deduction from the damage deposit so treat our camper gently! Please return it in the condition in which you received it :)

Hello fellow campers! We are Tom and Tanya and we live in Forest Lake, MN with our 3 kiddos and our black lab, Ellie. Last summer (after years of talking about it) we purchased a great little vintage pop-up, fully remodeled it and began our family camping adventures! We just welcomed another little camper to our family who isn't quite ready for adventuring so we want to share our little labor of love with others!
