10 hour drive to pick up the motorhome for a vacation. I communicated to check on it a couple of weeks earlier. We got there to pick it up and she forgot and rented it to someone else. Vacation ruined. No replacement thru Outdoorsy. If you want to take a chance and use this app definitely don’t choose this unit.

Was a wonderful trip and The owners explained and went over everything and anything I had questions or concerns about. They even offered things that I had forgotten to bring . I could text or call anytime I had a question how to work something and would get a answer almost immediately. Couldn’t of asked for a smoother rental procedure and the camper was great as well everything you need is in there. I would definitely rent again. Thanks again guys. :)

Overall great experience! Very well maintained RV. We took it to meet friends at their house 7 hours away for the weekend. Kids were too excited and had loads of fun. Owner Sarah was very nice and accommodating. She let us pick the RV a night before our trip. She explained the functionality of everything in the RV with great detail and also wrote us a manual for the RV with tips for our road trip. Sarah was also kind enough to take care of the black/grey water dumping for us for no charge. Would definitely rent this RV again!! Thank you Sarah for an excellent experience!!
