Mint condition 264BH bunkhouse that sleeps up to nine people. There is a queen bed, a bottom bunk that’s a double and a upper bunk that’s a single. The couch lays flat and the dinette converts into a bed as well.
It is fully equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, stove top and oven.
Hot water is provided by a 6 gallon hot water tank .
There is a small tub/shower and toilet In the bathroom with a vanity and medicine cabinet just outside the bathroom.
The outside shower has easy to adjust controls for both hot and cold water.
There is a outdoor shower as well.What's includedIt will have two full tanks of propane included with the rental , however if you need more you will have to get the tanks filled yourself at your own expense.
There will be a full tank of fresh water provided and the black and grey tanks will be empty.
There is a beverage grade garden style hose and pressure regulator provided that should be used when hooking up to municipal or city water supply.
A plug-in adapter to convert from a trailer plug to a regular plug for plugging into regular 115 volt plug-ins will be provided as well.
The trailer has a power awning installed that is push button operated.
Wheel chocks are provided and should be used whenever the trailer is disconnected from the tow vehicle at the trailer wheels.Other things to noteSmoking is not permitted at any time and there will be a $500 cleaning fee charged . The unit must stay on approved roads or parking areas. Off road travel is not allowed at any time.
The trailer is rented as a bare unit and you will have to provide your own bedding, towels and dishes as well as any pots and pans that you will require.
There is a black and grey tank drain hose stored in the back bumper for your convenience.
A trailer tow hitch with torsion levelling bars is included with the rental.
Please empty the black and grey tanks before you return the unit, it would be greatly appreciated .
When using the power awning ,always retract it when travelling any distance, when retiring for the night or when the winds are 15 kph or more as it can be easily damaged.
Never use, or store bbq units inside the trailer until they have sufficiently cooled .
For your safety and the safety of others, no one is permitted inside the trailer while it is in motion as there are no seat belts provided and the trailer is not approved for use in this manner.
The trailer will be towed with a vehicle that is rated and equipped to tow the trailer in a safe manner at all times and the renter alone accepts this responsibility and releases the owner from that responsibility.
Please return the trailer cleaned on the inside, average road grime and dust is acceptable on the outside.
