Richard was an awesome host and his van was exactly as advertised! It was clean, spacious and comfortable and made our trip to Yosemite even better! Would definitely rent from him again.

Second time renting Bessie and she is amazing! As are her caretakers. Richard and Daryl are warm, welcoming and extremely organized and take meticulous care of this beautiful girl! Can't wait to rent Bessie again!

Great van! We loved our trip to Yosemite. The van layout is perfect and Richard and his fiancé were easy going and great to work with. The bed was super comfortable and such a treat after hiking

Amazing time! We went from Clovis to Oakland, Alameda Beach to Santa Cruz, Monterey to Big Sur, and back again!! Woke up to beautiful sunrises and closed our days with amazing sunsets! Rode bikes, read books, and could park wherever we wanted! It was truly memorable and I appreciate being given the opportunity to experience #vanlife :)

Two of us spent 10 days in Bessie and it was fantastic. We took this van to the snow of Yosemite and the desert of Death Valley and the Sequoias in between. Amazing service as well including airport pickup which got us on our trip faster. I would recommend this van for your next adventure.

My friend and I had a blast with Bessie over a chilly weekend in Yosemite! The van had everything we needed for a cozy adventure in the valley. There was also plenty of room to store our gear and clothing. Richard and Daryl were both super nice and welcoming and even accommodated us by giving us extra miles since we were only renting the van for a day. They were amazing hosts and made sure we knew everything about the van before we set off! Definitely will be renting again!

Me and my girlfriend spent 5 days in Yosemite and we could not of had a better adventure with Bessie. She’s one of a kind. Richard and his wife are great to work with. Would definitely rent again and recommend this Van!

I'll try to keep this short, although there are way too many positive things to stay about our experience. The owners, Richard, his wife, and Father, friendly and insightful. They provided a walk-through of Bessie, and gave tips that made our departure and time inside Bessie smooth and easy. Bessie was a smooth drive (I drive a small coupe) driving her through narrow roads and finding where to park was just as easy. We received nothing but compliments anywhere we decided to stop and open up her doors (A bit jealous we couldn't call her our own!) We drove her all weekend through the Sequoias and truly had an amazing experience. We are thinking of taking her to Yosemite next! Thank you once again!

Convenient and attractive van inside and out---a home away from home! "Bessie" is equipped with everything you need for meals and lounging inside. VERY friendly checkout/orientation and checkin process. We drove "Bessie" to Edison Lake (Vermilion campground) and she handled the very rough roads with agility and grace. She also corners really nicely---great steering.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this van!!! She handled very well, and what the owners have done on the inside is not only functional and ingenious but very stylish as well. I loved the stovetop, sink and the dark wood counter and ceiling with recessed lighting. The bed was comfortable and they provided cookware, plates, utensils and cleaning supplies which was really nice to have. It was a dream and perfect for our needs camping in Sequoia. The owners are also extremely nice people and quick to respond to questions!
