Excellent host, very helpful since this was our first RV Trip. The purpose of our adventure was what we did outside of the RV.
May want to bring an extra coffee mugs.

Younes was very helpful for the entire trip. He replied almost immediately to any questions that I had. The RV is well equipped with wifi and multiple TV. Don't be scared of driving this Class A RV. It has side view cameras and a backup camera.

What a great trip we had! Younes' Jayco Alante was a home away from home for 7 nights. We stayed on a different farm or campsite every night with 2-4 hrs of travel in between. Driving took a little bit to get used to the feel of the RV but after that it was pretty easy! Younes was super responsive if ever we had a question and was very flexible with pickup and dropoff. We would definitely do it again!

Younes appears to be a very nice man.
He threw in WiFi when the steps didn’t work and gave us an extra day rental when we had to wait around for 4 hours for the RV to be ready. By the time we got to our campsite the place was closed and down so we spent the night in a parking lot.
All went fine till we broke down and the insurance wouldn’t answer their phones. This is not cheep insurance!
$800 later, four days vacation lost we were back on the road.
Younes did NOT reimburse us for any of the money we spent on his RV to fix it. He wanted us to go through the insurance, which of course has a high deductible. So he got his RV repaired with our money! This was mechanical failure, not anything we caused and would not reimburse us for the days we couldn’t use his RV or for the site fees for four nights!
He seems like a nice guy but don’t expect him to pay for his bill or reimburse you if there is trouble!!
We also have not been able to talk to anyone from Outdoorsy, they never answer their phones.
I tried emailing them for help when we broke down and we actually got an email back 28 days later! But still no help.
We have gone to the BBB. This is ridiculous!
Never again.

hi kathy i m sorry that you had to go over this, but when the slide didnt work , it s because because you guys camp out for 4 days in state park and not running the generator for that time frame killed the batteries. that costs me 280$ for 2 of the batteries. the other point us that your dog ripped my driver seat and i didnt charge you for it, you put scratched up the rim afainst curb , didnt charge u for it, you damages storage compartement , and you lost the cover for my fuze box . i appreciate your honesty but i closed my eyes on a lot f stuff, and i m sorry again.
