Hello, this 2021 Thor Motor Coach Chateau 22E RV is only 24 feet and fit in regular parking spot so it's easy to park anywhere. Perfect RV for a family trip camping at Yosemite, Joshua Tree, Big Bear, Grand Canyon, San Diego, etc.
You can drive it with regular class C license.
This RV has generator, water heater, room heater, solar panel(the two house batteries will be full all the time), 4G/Wifi with Verizon(You can use 4G wifi on your trip) so you can have dry camping without any problem. It comes with folding table, 4 sports chairs.

-40 inch TV with Hdmi connection so you can enjoy movie on the road.

John's the man. He is quick to respond, and walked us through operating the RV. It was my first time driving an RV, so I had a few questions. He even provided a YouTube link for how the RV works. Real helpful. Would definitely rent from him again. A tip: this RV requires an app to connect so do that before you actually drive it.
